Crown Pointe Animal Hospital Ottawa, New York

Dec.31 our dog was in distress and we called everyone but noone could see her. We drove to Crowne Pointe which is our vet and spoke with an assistant that was leaving the office who said they were closed but we also saw the vet at the door and asked if the assistant could ask her if she could just take a moment as our dog was very sick and maybe she could give us some advice on how to ease her pain or where we could take her. She refused, the time it took for her to talk to the assistant could have helped our dog but she showed zero compassion. Our dog died January 1, 2022.

We started visiting Dr. Anne and her team at the start of the pandemic and couldn’t be happier. The team took all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe while still providing services that exceeded our expectations. The team takes the necessary time to make sure you fully understand results from your pet’s visit and are always prompt to answer our questions. We are so grateful for Crown Pointe and highly recommend them if you’re looking for the best doctors for your fur babies!

Thank you for taking good care of my Miss Kitty, and for helping me to feel confident in my decisions for her. You truly provided a beautiful experience for us. I will definitely recommend you all to whomever I can, and please know how much I appreciate you all for how I was treated during our time together. You all have big hearts and a love for not only animals, but for people.

My GSD is a frequent visitor to the clinic and they handle him superbly. The staff has worked with me extensively to narrow down allergy and food issues with my high maintenance floof. I deeply appreciate the personal touch of the staff and their familiarity with my dog and his medical needs.

An excellent crew and vet. They are very busy. Yet you get the information you need to make health decisions about your pet.

Our poor Scotty dog had a very traumatizing experience during 1 of his puppy vaccinations. He was screaming in pain and the screaming persisted so long that the Vet had a very lost look on her face. So I took him down, consoled him and let him walk it off. Fast forward a month or 2 and he was back for his next round of shots. For whatever reason they took our Scotty to do the shots without me. While alone he bit the vet tech and was extremely aggressive with Vet. The vet said he was aggressive and that we should be concerned as we have young kids. Keep in mind our puppy was under a year. Like 9 months of something. We ended up paying for an awesome dog trainer who confirmed our thought of fear aggression due to the previous experience. Our Scotty is a model citizen and has never shown aggression since our last visit to Crown Pointe. The whole experience and the fact that the vet tried to blame us and the dog has made me steadfast in sharing this story.

Dr Ann, Natasha and team have been taking care of my cats for over a decade. They have always provided exceptional service and go above and beyond for me and my cats. I trust them implicitly when it comes to their medical advice.

What a wonderful team! Professional, friendly, welcoming, compassionate, caring. They love animals and it shows big time. The level of care our dogs have received over the years is top notch. Dr. Ann will take the time to explain her observations and offer her expert advice so you can make an informed decision on any required treatments. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

I like our vet and they have provided great care and advice. My BIGGEST issue is that every time I call I am reminded that the appointments are 30 mins. And if the appointment goes over 30 mins I am charged a second appointment fee. Will be changing vets due to this policy alone. I hate feeling like I am under a time crunch when speaking to the vet about my dogs care

Dr. Nadia was very thorough with her care for our 6 year old labradoodle. Levi is very anxious with new situations. We also take our 3 year old Goldendoodle here too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Lindsay at the front counter was very friendly and very accommodating to help us with our first appointment with the new puppy and Natasha was very knowledgeable and helpful as the tech to give us guidance on what to expect from the visit etc and Dr Ann was awesome and really took her time with the exam and explained everything during and after including taking time to answer all of our questions. Very happy to have found this veterinary clinic and look forward to future visits. Highly recommended.

Crown Point Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing. The staff is beyond caring and do everything in their power to assist you. I am truly so happy that my two dogs are in the best care when they are there.

My dog has seen three other vets before seeing Dr. Conlon-Kelly. She has been suffering from allergies and was only given the option of taking steroids (Venectly-P), they are so harsh on her body that I refused to give it to her. In one visit with Crown Pointe Animal Hospital, given alternative medication Apis Melifica, her allergies stopped and her hair started growing back. I'll never go anywhere else.

The entire staff is amazing. The prices are reasonable. The extra touches go a long distance. They sent a card in the mail when my dog passed.
