We love Dr. Chase! She is always available to answer our questions and our dog Yogi loves her and the other staff at Strawberry Hill.

Everyone was so nice and caring when we had to put out cat Julian to sleep few years ago.

I have been using Strawberry Hill Animal Hospital for years and think they are terrific! Front desk staff great, Dr. Neil wonderful! Highly recommend this vet!

We have had 4 dogs going to Dr. Neil and she has proven very knowledgeable and kind. She is a good listener and will work with owners to try the simple remedies 1st...she inspires confidence and her caring is very evident. We could not imagine a better Vet and recommend her highly....btw everyone at Strawberry Hill is kind and caring ! Our dogs approve this message...

Strawberry Hill was recomended by friends who also go there. Im so glad we listened! Dr. Chase helped us make a tough decision when our dog had a lump, from beginning to the end they were excellent. Dr Chase even called me several times to check up on my little guy. We are now bringing our new puppy there. If your looking for a caring, responsible and fair vet this is the place. Thanks again guys, keep up the great work.

Terrible animal hospital. Was supposed to drop off my dog there, was only 10 mins late and the receptionist said the doctor was already in the next appointment, would not let us in, and hung up the phone on me. Rude, terrible customer service and and not professional at all. You would think a hospital for animals would care enough to make time for an animal (just a short procedure needed to be done) but they overbooked and then we’re extremely rude about it. Find another vet, there are plenty good ones in the area.

I've lived in Norwalk and had pets most of my life and this has been the best service and animal care I have seen. I highly recommend.

Everyone is always super nice and patient with my wild child ????. My dog gets very excited when we pull up to the Vet's office because she knows she's gonna get lots of love and treats there.

The staff is really friendly, my little buddy isn't nervous going to the vet, he is only six months old and they make him feel calm. The staff up front is nice and the vets do a thorough job every time I go. They have all the precautions in place for COVID which is nice and their costs seem reasonable.

So I left this one star review a while ago and never explained why, and I pulled it up and saw I have a reply from the owner asking as to why... I'd like to let you know why. I had a dog, God rest his soul, that came to you guys for an opinion about what looked like prostate cancer. The recommendations were all that I put him down. In hindsight, maybe I should have but the fact remains that I went back on the decision. I was still charged by Strawberry Hill Animal Hospital in full for this service that never went through. And then it was sent to collections when I didn't pay for something that I didn't get. And it was sent again after I had disputed it as well. I'm not going to remove this one star review. I had a terrible experience with your hospital, and I would like that people know about it. I still have a derogatory mark on my credit because of it as well.

Unbelievably caring, attentative, knowledgeable and compassionate vets and vets assistants! Answered my laundry list of concerns and questions, sometimes twice, in great detail and without any judgement.

Wonderful, helpful, kind and understanding staff. Everyone there is so compassionate and they really go above and beyond to help. My cat is currently missing and I needed his medical records to pin down his microchip company and the wonderful women at the front desk were so kind and patient with me in my frantic state and found me everything I needed. I've used this office for pets in the past and everyone who works there has been amazing every time.

We've only had positive experiences with Strawberry Hill Animal Hospital. Their caring, compassionate staff has always provided excellent and professional services. We've used them for routine veterinary visits like checkups and vaccinations, animal behavior issues, surgery, boarding, and self-serve dog wash. I feel like my dog is in good hands with Strawberry Hill.

Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Good knowledgeable staff. The veterinarians are terrific! Also offers boarding and grooming. The best dog grooming you'll find! Always clean and well kept.
