Grateful for Kelly & Cheryll they was great!!! Customer Service was really good!!! Now Stephanie on the other hand, could use a day off bc apparently she don't understand that she has a job bc of the customers...She smelled and looked great...Will definitely use their grooming services again!!!

terrible service I have gone 3 times to want to get fish for my daughter, and all three times I have been ignored "" "???? Much better petco from Stamford exit 6 and petco from Westport av Norwalk.

Who doesnt love Petsmart! They almost always have what you need, and the staff is very nice. My one knock is on the fish department, I dont recommend buying fish here. Like Axl Rose once said, "You're gonna diieeee!!". I think mostly because the tanks are overcrowded. Not a criticism on this particular location, more on the pet store chains in general.

I could have spent all day visiting with the kittens that they have there. I really wanted to adopt one, but the least for my apartment does not allow me to have a pet besides a fish in a bowl. Very wide selection of all pets and products and many people brought their pets there. The kittens looked happy enough in their little kitten cubicles, and I really hope some people can find it in their hearts to adopt them.

Terrible service. Went in today to get fish. Spoke to an employee that had no knowledge of fish. Asked 3 x if she could help. Was completely ignored as she got on her cell phone. I had other items that I was going to buy, but put everything back in the shelves, and bought nothing. Thanks

Always friendly people, if you can find any. Our go to place for fish supplies and they have a pretty good selection of fish for expansion.

This is primarily a review of the grooming side. After experiencing both PetsSmart and PetCo grooming, PetCo is far superior. I recently made an appointment for 10:15 to have my dog groomed. They call me and leave a message saying they can't do it then I have to come in for 11. Okay no big deal. When I come in to drop my dog off there's 2 people in the front working with dogs and they keep telling me to wait till someone comes up front. I'm waiting almost 10 minutes for a guy to come up. He starts helping me and trying to add up charge services when my dog only needs a bath and shampoo. I tell him no nothing else is needed.I do t receive a call for my dog untill more than 3 hours after dropping him off. That is unacceptable to have him for that long when I have a scheduled appointment. Then when I go to pick up up I find out they added in the charge for nail grinding when I specifically said no its not necessary. The quality of the service and the actual wash was subpar. I was not happy with how they handled any of The interaction with me. I will not be coming back here the next time my dog needs a bath, I will make sure to book ahead for PetCo.

The prices are much higher than other stores that offer about the same items. We went in to look to purchase a hamster or fish, and get treats for our dog. The person on the floor got called to the register, so we didn't get help with questions about the hamsters. And didn't get the treats. Other than that the store was clean.

Terrible service. My dog has been groomed normally all her life and for the 1st time she magically had issues and they tried to over charge

Purchased Carlton Pet Gate, No directions, missing hardware and broken plastic components. Obviously a return that wasn’t looked at. We called, the Pet smart employee that answered the phone, wouldn’t put aside another gate for us to come pick up. So we have to return the product and hope to grab another one while we’re there. unnecessarily difficult.

Got two hamsters ,so cute,

I took my 9 month old puppy in for a well needed grooming. He needed it badly so I hastily picked this horrible excuse of a pet grooming. They more or less did their job but my puppy now is very grouchy and does not want to be touched at all. I tried to play with him and he tried to bite me. He has NEVER done that being that he is so loving and sweet. So I did what I should’ve did a while ago and read the reviews and saw all the horror stories about this puppy torture room. Literally every good review is about everything other than the grooming. I will personally make it my business to exercise the close familial relationship I have with higher authority in the better business Bureau and also file a direct complaint to corporate. Based on what I’m seeing I had it bad but so many other people and their innocent little furry children have had it a whole lot worse. Whoever is reading this please even if you need the appointment just wait until something more wholesome and positive has free spots DO NOT EVER COME HERE.

I gave 5 stars just for the grooming department. I have been bringing my dogs here for years and they always leave with a good cut. But the store itself looks like it’s going out of business. The fish tanks are either empty or full of dead fish stuck to the filters. They don’t look like they’ve been fed and are eating the dead ones. Same for the bettas in the cups most look dead. The small animals and birds are nonexistent which I was happy about cus they probably wouldn’t get the proper care. Also the vet clinic looked empty. Not sure how much longer this place is staying open but I feel bad for those animals and think they should just do grooming and pet supplies. Don’t sell animals if you cant take care of them.

Kind of tough to find when u pull in. But the place was well stocked and the cashier was able to answer my question on pet leashes for cars.

Quality products for you companions

This store literally never has anything in stock. It's like shopping at Old Mother Hubbard's. The only thing you find is cobwebs on the shelves. Most employees are friendly and helpful, but was in the other day, and as usual my cats food wasn't on the shelf. I asked if someone could see if they had any in back and the employee acted like they were doing me a favor. Not friendly. Probably just going to start buying from Chewy from now on. Getting sick of driving across town to Petco all the time, to find what I need, when this store is like a half mile from me.

I like going to PetSmart, especially this location. Parking's easy, they always have what I want, and the prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Returns are never a problem.

Horrible experiene. I took my dog a Bernese mountain dog for a regular bath and brush. And the dog came back smelling bed and all wet. The guy the cound't handle even to put the leash on the dog. My dog came back terrified and they charge me $80 dollars anyway. I dont recomend this location. poorly trained staff.
