My dog, Ellie, has separation anxiety, so I needed to find a place where she’d be comfortable and have sufficient human interaction. After trying several daycares throughout Manhattan, I was ready to give up. Most places had multiple rooms where the staff would watch the dogs from either a window or a camera, only going in to clean on occasion. And anytime I’d ask how she did, I’d get a canned “she did great!” (as if I hadn’t watched her cower in a corner all day on their video stream) So, when a behavioral trainer had told me to check out Wiggly Pups, I didn’t have high hopes, but I decided to reach out anyways. The owner, Paul, spent over an hour on the phone with me answering my questions, explaining the Wiggly Pups culture, and assuring me that the dogs are never left alone. I was hesitant, because it sounded too good to be true, but somehow, it has turned out to be even better than I could have imagined! We have now been loyal Wiggly Pups clients for the past 4 months and I could not be more grateful to them. The incredible staff (shoutout to Josh and Jaz whose praises can’t be sung loud enough) not only continue to meet Ellie’s needs, but they also report back to me with descriptions that actually sound like my dog! I cannot recommend Wiggly Pups more highly - the individualized attention that they give to their dogs is unmatched by other (and oftentimes more expensive!) daycares in NYC.

These guys are the best!! The staff is warm and attentive to the pups in their care. Paul (the owner) is truly a pleasure to communicate with, and is very responsive. I would highly recommend Wiggly's!

WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR WIGGLY PUPS! We just moved to the city, and we were so happy to find Wiggly Pups for our puppy to go to for some daycare. I emailed Paul and set up our doggy "temperament check" date, and once we passed that, we were all set to drop in whenever we wanted! We've taken our dog to Wiggly Pups a few times (with me peeping on the livestream!); we always enjoy the daily pictures of our pup playing, and the staff are great! Then, we went on a trip out of town for a week (for a family wedding), and our NYC dog babysitter we had lined up bailed on us halfway through the week (obviously causing quite a bit of panic on my end!). We needed someone to care for our dog over the long weekend, ASAP--I called Paul in a tizzy, and Henry came to the rescue! Our dog stayed at Wiggly Pups during the day, and Henry cared for him during the evenings and weekend! Henry took excellent care of our dog--sending us daily picture updates, even giving him a bath when they got caught in the rain! We'd recommend Wiggly Pups to anyone looking for great care for their dog, as well as looking to support a small business with a great staff :)

I just brought my dog for the first time and I was so impressed. I got several photos, videos, and updates throughout the day. The facility was extremely clean and well-kept when I dropped her off and picked her up. They completely understand different dogs’ needs and behaviors and it is clear that they love them all. The owner, Paul, gave me a very thorough report at the end of the day and everything he said sounded exactly like my dog rather than just saying something like “oh she was great and had fun” - so clearly they’re paying a lot of attention to each individual dog that’s there. I also got a photo of my dog in the lap of one of the staff members, Jaz - who I also met when I dropped my dog off and she was very sweet and attentive when my dog was a little nervous going in! I am extremely picky about who I let take care of my dog and I couldn’t be happier with the service here.

Thank you Paul & Reyson! My two pups are very hard to please, but they love it here at Wiggly! They look great with their haircuts too! I would definitely recommend Wiggly’s services to other dogs & dog parents!

We’ve had such a lovely experience at Wiggly Pups- my now 1 year old has been going there along with a few of his bestie from our bldg. Wiggly is a very personal and warm and loving environment. Paul, the owner is always available for any questions/concerns. He actually goes above and beyond to be honest- I get pics and updates at least once on his days there. The staff is wonderful as well. Wiggly as a whole is a trustworthy and welcoming place for dogs to hang and stay safe!

Wiggly Pups is the best. They offer wonderful care, send photos and updates of our pup throughout the day, and offer such a great rate. Their hours, 8am to 7pm, are perfect for our crazy work schedules. And the owner, Paul, is so nice - super responsive, answers all my questions, and has a wealth of knowledge about caring for dogs. Our Bernedoodle loved spending his days at Wiggly Pups! It’s the one place he would pull me to while out on our walks. We loved the nest cam set ups so we could check in on him and the text/photo updates from Paul throughout the day. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We have been bringing our puppy here for several months now, and so far our experience has surpassed all expectations we initially had. The staff and caretakers at Wiggly Pups are caring and conscientious, and pay close attention to the dogs while they are playing. The owner, Paul, is extremely dedicated to ensuring that we are kept up-to-date throughout the day, and often sends us pictures of our puppy as well as updates on his progress/activity level. When we had a concern about our puppy (unrelated to Wiggly Pups), Paul provided us with helpful information within minutes. From day one Paul has shown us that he truly cares about each dog at Wiggly Pups, and I feel completely comfortable knowing that our puppy is in good hands when we drop him off. Our dog clearly loves being at Wiggly Pups as well -- he drags us there in the mornings, and is often reluctant to leave when we come to pick him up. We can see on the webcam that our puppy is learning appropriate socialization skills for his age and receiving excellent care. The facilities at Wiggly Pups are perfect for facilitating puppy playtime -- clean, comfortable, and safe. I cannot recommend Wiggly Pups enough, and strongly recommend their playtime for puppies and dogs of any age. The service is a great way for dogs to expend their energy, and a nice respite for dog owners as well!

Wiggly Pups is the best bang for your buck. They treat your fur babies like royalty and I always feel great knowing my pup is in good hands. <3

Great staff clean establishment , dogs always seem in playful spirit I never worry about my companions day , thanks to the staff .

Amazing daycare, my dogs love it here. Great and caring staff, affordable pricing and a great location. So glad to have found this place, my dogs will never let me walk past again without coming in!

My border collie pup had a great three days at daycare. They were very responsive and sent me pictures of leader throughout the day. She was excited to go back after her first day and would burst into the door each morning. :)

I’m a new pup owner and Paul was so easy to talk to and helpful about the whole daycare process. They send pics and updates when your pup is at daycare, makes you feel less worried and anxious. Would definitely recommend!!

Great doggie daycare with outstanding, standout staff that care about all the dogs in their care. Responsive, responsible owners and terrific approach to daycare. My dog was unhappy in a larger daycare, Wiggly's is more intimate and friendly, and she's been much happier.

Worst grooming ever received for my 3 year old male Samoyed. He was still damp when I picked him up and he was not even brushed out. VERY amateur grooming job, similar to what we do at home. His ears and behind weren't even trimmed... Would not recommend for any dog with a heavy coat.

I can not say enough good things about Wiggly Pups! The owner Paul was wonderful to work with from day one. I was concerned about leaving my young puppy, Dallas, at home while I work 12 hour shifts and Paul gave me reassurance that he would be taken care of. Dallas gets picked up and dropped off so I do not need to worry about my long hours. He has so many friends at daycare and loves being there (he tries to go in every time we walk by!). He comes home exhausted, a clear indication that he has a great time! The staff members are phenomenal with Dallas. They send me updates and pictures while at work, which is a great part of my day! He recently got sick while at daycare and the entire staff worked together to make sure he got to the vet and received the care he needed. I was able to focus on my job and not worry about Dallas' health. Wiggly Pups is a great place for socialization for dogs and peace of mind for dog owners. If you are looking for a daycare service I would highly recommend Wiggly Pups!!

Enid is an EXCELLENT groomer. She's been grooming all 3 of my dogs for the last 10 years and counting. She is precise with her cuts and my dogs absolutely LOVE her. She listens to my grooming requests and adheres to them. I have recommended her to many of my pet parent friends and they love her too. She's amazing!
