Top notch! Leeland and her team took great care of our cat. I loved getting the photos and reports through the app. They were also super responsive when I needed to add another day due to travel delays. I have such peace of mind knowing I can rely on them.

Leeland and the rest of the team are great! They took great care of my two kitties, letting me know that they were eating properly and whether they seemed happy and comfortable while I was away for a long weekend. Their app is super easy to use and Leeland responds to visit requests very promptly! I definitely plan for The Perfect Pooch to be my primary cat sitting service going forward.

Great communication and very flexible. Also offers boarding and have accommodated us on short notice during the pandemic, making travel to see family in emergencies possible.

The owner of the company, Leeland Allen, is so kind, level-headed, and patient, which is essential in dealing with the human aspect of a pet care company! The two employees we worked with, Andrea and Jose, took excellent care of our pup - not just in terms of following instructions, but in the way they truly care about the animals in their care. We got timely and thorough updates on our dog through the app, including pictures and potty reports. Our pup always looked happy and it seemed like they (the humans) were having fun too. Most of all, we never worried about our pup when he was in their care. To me, that is all you need to know!

We use Leeland's services often when we are out of town on trips. While we're gone, Leeland stops by 2x/day to feed/scoop boxes/and socialize with our two cats. She is always super communicative, answers texts promptly, and let's us know if she has any questions or concerns while we're away. We have found a real gem in Leeland! We know our cats are in good, caring, and capable hands with her, which makes traveling much less stressful. We recommend her highly!

In the three years we’ve trusted them to provide care for our Lab, Kenny and we have never once questioned whether or not his well being/comfort was being put first. Perfect pooch also perfect for kitty kats. They are amazing. Meet and greet, so they know your pet and how you see your pet. They're extremely responsive, thorough, and easy to deal with. They'll even report how your pet is doing in your absence. I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again!
