Don’t go to this place! Bad experience ever! They charge a lot for doing nothing! And have a bad attitude

We travel from the Upper West Side to bring our 3 companion animals to Sutton Animal Hospital. Dr Kennedy has been our veterinarian for about 15 years. Drs Kent-Miller and Primason both recently attended to our Sheltie after he was attacked by another dog. They were both wonderful to us, and rendered excellent care. Dr Kennedy is superb: attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. I am a physician assistant and I can tell you that she performs a very thorough physical exam. I have complete confidence in her. The staff is also caring and friendly. We are so glad to have these wonderful veterinarians caring for our beloved boys.

Needed a particular brand of dog food and they came through in a jiffy. I was worried my pooches were going to have to go hungry that night, but Sutton came through. Friendly staff as well.

Mi dog loves coming here. She's well taken care of. I fully trust Dr Kennedy with everything!

We are so grateful for Dr. Kennedy and her wonderful staff! Our pup Skip had a tough first year with tons of medical issues, including testing positive for heartworm. Through it all, Dr. Kennedy was kind, understanding, clear and thorough. We know Skip is in great hands with her and we're so thankful we found her!

No words can describe how amazing Sutton Animal Hospital is. Dr. Kennedy is a gem. The entire staff is amazing. My puppy, Otis loves them just as much as I do! He even stops at the door on his walks to try and get in. The last time Otis was sick, he was transferred to AMC, the entire staff at Sutton followed up with me daily, over the entire week. Making sure he was ok, trying to figure out what was wrong, making sure he was getting better. Their attention to detail is impeccable. You can NOT put a price on your family members life. Shame on those who complain about them being too expensive and bills coming out to something they didn’t expect. No vet will ever give you the attention and love Sutton shows. The absolute best! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We love Sutton Animal Hospital! Dr. Kent-Miller and Dr. Kennedy are incredibly diligent and kind, and take amazing care of our two cats and our dog. Our rescue dog was diagnosed with heartworm when we adopted him, and the team at Sutton Animal Hospital was amazing with supporting us and our dog through the difficult 6 month treatment process. All the techs are so kind and caring, and our dog loves his visits. I would recommend them to anyone!

I love this place. Dr. Kennedy (and her staff) are amazingly kind and caring. Dr. Kennedy really cares about my dog Jack and is very empathetic. They're also reasonably priced. I highly recommend Sutton Animal Hospital.

The only regret I have is not knowing this amazing vet earlier. Dr. Cuttler & Dr. Kent-Miller are compassionate & knowledgeable, we are grateful for the care and compassion they have provided to our dog. The supporting staff is awesome as well. If we have a pet again in the future, this is no doubt our first choice.

The overall experience is nice. The doctor is really patient to take care of my cat. The front desk is available to pick up the phone. The location is few blocks away from Lex63 train station. Might take you 5-10min walk.

So glad I found SUTTON Animal Hospital. Amazing facility. State-of-the-Art equipment. Drs. Kent-Miller and Kennedy have excellent credentials and graduated from the top vet schools in the U.S. They are very caring and patient, will answer emails, follow-up, etc., etc. I trust them completely in their care of my cat. You can’t get any better. Great staff.

We first met Dr. Kennedy about 5 years ago, before she had her own practice. She is a wonderful vet with a very professional staff. We trust her with the care of our beloved dog Zola. We recommend her highly!

Dr Kennedy is by far the best VET around. My bodie loves her and tries to get in every time we walk by!

Dr Kennedy is an excellent vet and I would recommend her highly. My senior cat "Sharpie" needed dental work and came through fine after 3 extractions.

My dog literally drags me into the office because he loves going there so much

Dr. Kennedy has been caring for my Bull Terriers for years! When other vets wrote off my old Bully, Dr Kennedy was not certain their diagnosis was accurate and was able to give me an additional 2 healthy years with him! For that I am eternally grateful! This new office is amazing! My dog LOVES the amount of light that shines through and that he can people watch while waiting (which is a major stress reliever) :) I may travel far for visits, but it is well worth it!
