Why they never pick up the phone??? I have call so many times and nothing!! I have left my name and phone. But never return back.

I've been taking my Shih Tzu to QQs for four years now -- the best groomer in Manhattan. Helen is so talented, and also the sweetest person. Can't recommend enough!

The haircut is fine but the service was very bad. I booked the appointment by phone and they weren't able to find it when I arrived. Also, they didn't treat me nice at all. It doesn't look like they even like dogs... Not the place you feel comfortable leaving you dog in.

We were nervous about leaving our senior shih tzu mix with any groomer. But he was taken care of and given a beautiful hair cut. Well worth the price.

My dog received a very good grooming, and all the text communication beforehand about the rabies vaccine certificate was pleasant. But I had an unpleasant interaction with the groomer when I went to pick up my dog which unfortunately colored the whole experience. I was told the grooming would take 2-3 hours, and that I would be called when my dog was ready. Since I had to leave directly from the grooming to go to work upstate, I came back 15 minutes before the three hour mark. The groomer was clearly unhappy to see me a bit early, told me brusquely to pay attention and to only come back when I was called. I asked if she was sure he would be ready and she said just to come back when they called. So I sat outside at a bus stop and she called just before the 3 hour mark and I picked up my dog. There was no effort t say we are almost done, do you want to wait at the shop, or anything else. So, in spite of having a nicely groomed dog, I think I will have to look elsewhere for his next grooming.

The original groomer I made an appointment with cancelled on me at the last minute and I saw QQ on the Web. I called them and they were very willing to take my boy the same day. They did an excellent job and I will definitely bring my boy, Champion, a Yorkie, again. Thank you very much.

Great service! I take my pekingese here for full grooming and my large staffie for nail trimming. You can make reservations through text. They answer quickly!

Ms Helen did an AMAZING job on our 12lb, 3 year old Morkie... not only does her haircut look so beautiful, but her nails are so nice, her ears and butt were cleaned. My furry pup has always HATED going to the groomers. He finds it stressful and anxious. He absolutely LOVES QQ's. It's crazy. I'm not sure how they do such a great job and make him so incredibly happy by he loves being there and their services are outstanding.

I've been bringing my Havanese here since this place opened up. Usually one visit every 3 months. They do a great job! My dog has always hated getting groomed and groomers in the past (from other places) have complained to me about her behavior as well as asked me to come and hold her bc they couldn't manage. Other grooming places returned my dog poorly groomed or with a limp or bleeding paws. Not this place. I drop my dog off looking like a scraggly matted mop, and pick her up looking like a princess. No complaints from groomer. No doggy injuries. Just a clean and happy dog!

They treated my Yorkie so nice and he looked great. Will definitely be back.
