Great company and highly recommend their services. They are very personable and answered all my questions. We have a very large dog and they were great at accommodating us, our x-large crate, and our suitcases. Great for any and all airport trips with your pup!

Highly recommend this company! They were very flexible with me and allowed me to change my pick-up time after I realized I needed to be at the airport earlier. Owner of the company was the one driving me when I booked to go to the airport and she was beyond kind and compassionate when I struggled with the airline to send my pet. Easy to book and to communicate questions with. Car was nice and spacious and my dog loved riding in it!

I’ve booked Pet Cab NYC for an emergency (had to rush my dog to the hospital). JoAnna was at my place in 10 minutes, very compassionate and professional in such a difficult time. I booked her cab again for the pick from the Animal Medical Center and they were on time and very efficient. Will definitely be booking her cabs again, highly recommended!

Pet Cab NYC has come to our rescue so many times! In their largest vehicle they fit me; my walker & cane; my tall bf; a bunch of luggage; and of course my lil girl, a 70 lb senior pibble. Joanna and Elliot have been extremely helpful getting my gal, luCCy, and me in and out of the car. If you travel like I do, don’t forget to specifically request their bigger vehicle when making a reservation!!!

A little late the first appointment for pick up and drop off and return service but I will say they are convenient and very nice people. Calm with your pets, not undermining at all. $50 for big dogs and a crate if needed each way. A necessary service in the city.

The first time i used them they were attentive and responsible. After that they were hair brained, irresponsible, they just this moment cancelled mid-job because i gave them a bad review. A minute or two previous. I am now cast in the middle of total chaos and helplessness. I have to leave my h9me fore my human hospital because I am having scheduled treatment for severe illness. I have to go. I have been waiting to go for a month. They are mad i gave them a bad review, and reneging on their agreement with me. So my dog who is also sick and dying has to be left at a h9spital. Where they dont want him taking up space. You do not want people who are being this irresponsible and acting dishonestly and not keeping to any kind of agreement, not being attent4ive enough, though I repeated the window of time I was available. They on top of this are revengeful. They were at best, this time, going to be so late, outside the window i gave them, that they were going to have to hold onto my dog for 5-6 hours. So I wrote a horrible review which they got instantly and punished me for. So that is, as above: poor quality, poor value, not professional, not on time. I am left more desperate for help than i was before setting up the appointment with them. You do not want to have this done to you. Find someone else.

We used Pet Cab twice this holiday week to get our two dogs to and from their sitters. JoAnna and the whole Pet Cab team was amazing - they made each trip super easy and made our dogs so comfortable they even went by themselves the second time! Very reasonable pricing too. JoAnna even took some family photos for us after our ride! Will be using them next time we need to transport our pups!!

This is a good service especially if you have a dog that doesn't fit neatly on your lap. Best to make a reservation. Very professional and friendly. Most important to me, they very obviously love dogs and other animals.

Wonderful service from Joanna and staff. Joanna was there for me when my German Shepherd became very ill suddenly and needed several transports to & from AMC & Vets. She also got a couple people to lift my very big dog into the Pet Cab! She is caring, a dog owner & lover herself & runs a wonderful service. At a very stressful time she was there for me and my dog. I highly recommend Pet Cab!

Can’t recommend them enough. Through a date change to a three hour delay, they were so accommodating. The best, worth every penny!

I can’t say enough great things about Pet Cab. This company provides a needed service in NYC and while yes it’s a business, they truly care about the animals. We always lived within walking distance of our vets, but our Boston Terrier was diagnosed with IVDD and I needed a ride home from the vet because he was struggling. I texted Pet Cab, having never used them before, and they were there in 20 minutes! Unfortunately the IVDD diagnosis was wrong and we ended up needing to take our dog to AMC for more tests a few weeks later. Pet Cab brought us there and back and the driver was incredibly thoughtful and caring on the way home after we found out our guy had cancer. If your pet needs a ride somewhere for any reason, make Pet Cab your first option!

My pup Xena is only a few months old and has only been in the big city for a day but was brought safely to me thanks to you from Brooklyn to Manhattan. We gave this company a decent amount of business and would have continued if it weren’t for Joanna’s (owner) pretentious, incompetent and unreliable temperament. Joanna is not professional and unorganized. Every time she calls it’s an inconvenience and whenever she drives we have an issue. The first time she was 3 hours late dropping our Shiba home and the second time she just talked my husbands ear off about her whole life story, which probably attributed to her time issues. The third she called me twice to try and fit in another p/u drop off when why is it an issue if we’re scheduling times for d/o and p/u in the first place?! I never had issues with the other drivers as they were really polite and punctual. Shame on her for having employees who work way better than her. What an example. At the end of the day the lady can’t drive and she won’t own up to it. She had the audacity to hang up on me the day we were scheduled for a p/u when I addressed my concerns about trying to honor the appointment system to which I was replied with excuses on New York City traffic. Told me I was in the wrong city and not to use them?!?! No lady you’re in the wrong business! Good riddins. I’m giving my business to Elite Pet Ride!

Pet Cab saved me so much stress getting my two parrots back and forth from boarding at the vet. Timely pickup along with confirmation and ETA calls gave me confidence that the process would be smooth and timely. Most importantly they are pet lovers and that makes all the difference in the world. Great service. Highly recommend.

Joanna and her team truly understand the cares and concerns of dog owners and living in New York — because Joanna is a dog person herself! — so I feel very comfortable knowing she can get me and my dog where we need to be, promptly and with care. What a fantastic service! Hard to manage having a large dog in NYC without a car, Pet Cab takes the stress out of having to move around the city with them. JoAnna (owner) is clearly an animal lover & has great stories. Enjoy!

On time, friendly, communicative and cater to you and your pet's every need. In fact, we got picked up at the airport (without our dog) and driven by our lovely driver, Joanna, to a destination to retrieve our pup. And we never felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing her. It's a judgment-free zone for you and your animal! This is a far cry from Uber Pets, from which drivers have picked me up and given me condescending looks as my pooch and I entered the car. Never again. Only Pet Cab NYC from here on out!

Pet Cab is a phenomenal service. JoAnna did a great job caring for my pet on the way to the vet. She even took time to reach out and check on how they were feeling after the appointment. Booking was easy and convenient. I will definitely use the service again and highly recommend it for anyone with pets in the city.

Excellent , super professional and also very caring service, a driver who went above and beyond the requirements, and waited for me at American Airlines cargo to check my dogs in before taking me to the passenger terminal. Very very happy with this excellent service.

What an amazing company! They got me and my precious pug to our vet in the middle of New York City being drenched by a tropical storm. Our driver was super friendly, professional and punctual, even coming all the way from Manhattan into Brooklyn in the rain on a Sunday. It couldn't have been a better experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Pet Cab New York City!! Had to get my 17 lb. Norwich Terrier home from AMC earlier this week after he had some much needed doggie dental work. I was very concerned about what the best process was to get him home as AMC is located on East 62nd Street and York Ave-- right near an entrance to the FDR. Moreover, there is LOTS of construction going on around that block and my sweet boy was heavily medicated. My priority was to keep him as close and safe as possible; he had been through enough that day with surgery. I called Pet Cab New York City and they made what could have been a nightmare experience, to get a pleasant experience to get my recovering dog home safely, and as quickly as possible. Beyond grateful to Pet Cab New York City and Animal Medical Center! Everyone is home and recovering very well. Thank you all and I highly recommend using them!

For close to a year, we have been using Pet Cab 5 days a week to take our dog to doggy day care and we couldn't recommend it enough! Our dog gets so excited when Pet Cab comes to pick her up. Additionally, JoAnna has been a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and treats our dog extremely well

Happy to report that when we were unable to pick up our dog from a procedure at the vet, the owner of the company, Joanna, was able to accommodate in a very clean car. He was calm and happy as you can see in the photo, and it’s obvious Joanna loves animals. She communicated well and we will definitely use again.

We have three dogs and trying to get them all to the vet safely in NYC has been a challenge for years - until we discovered PetCabNYC. They're extremely friendly, easy to book, have clean spacious vehicles and always on time for pickups. They are a lifesaver for us and our four-legged family. I recommend them highly.

Really great service and very reliable and friendly! We used Pet Cab NYC on multiple occasions, from picking up our puppy for the first time from Pennsylvania to moving with our dog to Canada, and each experience was absolutely great. Joanna is very reliable and easy to communicate with and she took good care of our dog, I appreciated that she took stops to give him a break and water and drove very safely. Looking forward to using Pet Cab the next time we’re in New York!

We have used Pet Cab NYC for two years and wouldn't use another service. Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and friendly ... What more do you want in a service that can be fraught with issues? They have done a very good job for us consistently.
