I could never express my gratitude enough for how amazing Paws on Pine is. They have walked our little French bulldog for almost three years now. They are always reliable and we immediately felt safe and secure once meeting Heather. Through the years Heather and her team have cared for our little girl with such love and compassion that they are all family now. I would never trust another company with our dog. Paws on Pine is amazing.

Heather has been so great with our cat (who is not the most nice). We always get very timely responses from her when requesting services, and she sends great pictures to give us assurance while we're away. We will miss Heather when she leaves NYC!

Heather and team were wonderful with our dog. They always showed up on time or communicated if they were running behind. We trusted them with our dog and our dog really enjoyed walking them. We would definitely recommend Paws on Pine to other dog owners.

I can't say enough good things about Heather and her team. Not only are they kind, responsive and easy to work with, they treated my new pup like royalty! They were on time, accommodating, and reliable... I never had to worry about scrambling to find coverage, and they even helped with last minute changes when I was in a bind. Not to mention that my dog, Tate, absolutely loved them!! They followed my (many!) guidelines for my 10 month old pup, who has a lot of learning to do and needs boundaries! Another plus is that Heather is basically a professional dog photographer! They sent the best pictures after each walk, and Tate always looks like he's having the best time. I had such peace of mind knowing that Heather and Dean were looking after my little family member and would highly recommend Paws on Pine to anyone looking for a professional, reliable walker.

Absolutely the most professional dog service you could ask for! Heather and my dog’s walker Dean, took such good care of my 9 month old puppy this year during the work week. They constantly kept an open line of communication and sent regular updates and pictures of how the visit went. Additionally, they were accommodating on days I had to work late or additional walks I needed during the week. Honestly, I could not say anything better about Heather and Paws on Pine!

Paws on Pine is great. Our dog Moose is super excited when our walker Yomary arrives. The service is great with communication, texting with updates and pictures on how walks went. They are amazing with last minute changes and when they know our little Moose isn't feeling well, they always check in on him. We love Paws on Pine!

What an amazing group of people and organization. I’m simply stunned at the level of care and the attention to detail! I’m so impressed with the group of individuals they’ve hired who all hold the brand standard and personal integrity. We have a skiddish rescued mini-pit who has had 2 ACL repairs and she is in love with Crystal. Even after the most recent surgery a month ago Crystal, though concerned, carried Elsie (our dog) from our apartment to the elevator (a 27 story ride) to take our out. All while making sure our dog gets the joint supplement every night with her dinner. Even when Crystal wasn't feeling well Amber stepped in and carried the same torch (granted the dog could walk by then). They send pictures every day from the walks to make sure while we're at work we have peace of mind. Crystal is nothing short of amazing EVERY SINGLE DAY. We’re blessed that we were paired with such a caring person. The fact that Amber can sub in and know exactly what to do, and is genuinely happy to see Elsie is remarkable.

Heather and the Paws on Pine team are OUTSTANDING! They go above and beyond to ensure my boy Samson, a miniature Dachshund, is well taken care of every day. Samson is a tough customer and is very particular about who he considers to be his "friends" and can be a handful. I had five dog walkers quit ...couldn't handle an 11 pound doxie with a big attitude. Heather was not the least bit hesitant to take him on as a client. Not only did Heather save Samson's live when he had a bad disc and sent me to the best doctor in Manhattan, she carefully selects and trains Samson's dog walkers. I get daily updates with pictures! They treat Samson like he is their own and he is always excited for his walker friend to come take him for a walk and play ball with him. I can't say enough good things about Paws on Pine!

We adore Paws on Pine! Heather and her team have cared for Coal over the past three years and we have considered them to be like family. They are warm, kind, personable and trustworthy. Coal has done several overnights at home with Paws on Pine while we have been on vacation and our home was treated respectfully and Coal was so happy to be in his home instead of boarded. We cannot recommend them enough!

My pup and I have moved around enough to know finding a great and reliable dog walker is clutch!! We have been so lucky to have found this with Heather and her Paws on Pine staff. Heather is extremely responsive to our needs and requests making working with her a delight! Caitlin has been our walker the entire time (about a year) and she provides such incredible love and care to my dog, Roxie. Roxie is more excited to see her than me :) I've worked with some unreliable walkers in the past, which made things stressful when I wasn't sure they got my messages for a last minute walk, etc. I never have worried once with Heather and Caitlin. I can't recommend Paws on Pine enough, you'll be so glad to work with them!

Paws on Pine is seriously amazing! Heather and her team walked my baby boy Ronan for several years before I moved to Brooklyn. I wish they did service in Brooklyn because everyone I had after them paled in comparison. They were always super reliable, incredibly responsive to emails/texts and really went the extra mile for the pets they cared for, taking plenty of fun pictures so that you know your little fur baby is being taken care of. I have recommended Paws on Pine to everyone in the area who needs pet care services. Heather is one of the most sought after dog walkers in lower Manhattan (and a great person, too), and I am so glad that we met when I needed a poop bag! I attached a photo of Ronan charming the security guards. He used to be the mayor of Wall Street.

Heather & her Paws on Pine team are absolutely incredible, they truly are animal lovers who treat your pets as if they were their own. We have worked with them for over 2 years consistently. We started using Paws on Pine when our puppy was 10 weeks old for puppy play dates before he had his shots to go outside. Then we graduated to walks and have used all of the services at this point (walks, play dates for a few hours, overnight stays). Every aspect in working with Paws on Pine has been extremely professional, personal and so easy. Heather is super responsive and easy to communicate with, scheduling walks for the week have been so simple and we've never run into an issue with not having coverage. We love the fact that our dog walks with the walker alone, he has formed a very special bond with our walker (Jennifer) - she is like a second puppy mom to him. We get a text every day with photos and updates on the walk. At times when our dog was acting a bit off Jennifer even notified us right away so we knew the situation. That level of love and care that Paws on Pine has for the pets is truly amazing. We feel 100% comfortable and safe whenever our dog is with Paws on Pine and we have had zero issues or complaints across our 2+ years with the team. There aren't enough amazing things to say about Paws on Pine - we highly recommend them for any dog walking or sitting needs, you'll be very happy and your pet will be even happier.

Paws on Pine is the best dog walking and pet sitting service in lower Manhattan. I have a complicated sensitive dog that Heather and her team take time to find the 'right' walker/sitter for her personality so she feels safe and at ease. I trust Paws on Pine with not only my fur baby and tropical fish, but in my house with all my cherished possessions. I feel Heather's Paws on Pine family of walkers/sitters have become part of my family as well and I highly recommend them.

We have been using Paws on Pine for the past 2.5 years. Heather, the owner, has been amazing to work with! She is very responsive and has always been so flexible and willing to work with our schedule. She was unbelievable when I went into labor and sent someone to care for our pup while we were in the hospital. Mike has been our walker the entire time and we trust him implicitly and Brooklyn (our pup) looks forward to always seeing him! It is definitely a reflection of the company that Heather runs! Why I love Paws on Pine: integrity, quality, affordability -Heather(the owner) is super conscientious about who she hires for her team. I’m able to trust the walkers with my fur-buddy as well as with them having access to my home when I’m not there. -she made sure I was comfortable and could trust her and her staff by not only giving the opportunity to meet her, but also the walkers -she strives to keep the same walker on the schedule for my dog, to make sure he feels comfortable. And one-on-one walks always. -everyone who has walked my dog is clearly an animal lover! On occasion I have happened to be at home when the walker comes and I think my pup might show them more love than when he greets me when I get home. -I get messages and photos from every walk, so I don’t have to wonder if maybe someone forgot he was on the schedule. -the cost for a single one-on-one walk, with all of the quality described above, is very reasonable. -Heather’s explanation for how things went down with the 1-star reviewer totally makes sense. I’ve cancelled a few times and if I had to cancel the day of, would expect to have to pay for the walk anyway.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Constantly overcharged. Extremely unprofessional. Not customer friendly at all. The walker was great but the owner was one of the worst I have dealt with. Would never use again.
