I took my three dogs to get groomed.The groomer was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The price is comparable with other groomers. I was very happy with the service. I’ve recommended DOGMA to my neighbors. ????

I recently checked out Dogma—as a potential customer—to see if it was as good as what I have heard. And yes Dogma seemed obsessed with quality and individual attention—I see the welfare of her dogs is above all else. Super--friendly and conscientious staff!! Highly recommended!!

This is the best daycare in the WV and probably NYC. I have taken both of my dogs here and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. My older dog passed a few months back and Jun and the staff sent me a card and and made me feel like family. I bring my younger dog here now and it’s helped him come out of his shell so much! He loves it just as much as his big brother did ????

Dijon, our one-year-old hound, loves it there for day care and boarding. She sprints through the door and greets all the people there that take care of her with hugs and kisses each time we go. Dogma has been a life saver for us.

I get an email that says, If I cancel with in 24 hours I owe for the full session, fair. But they cancelled on me 2 hours prior, without an apology. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. I think I should get a free session, or at least an apology and a session soon. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks. I am going else where

I found them to be rude and arrogant. I was unhappy when the cancelled an appointment on me last minute. I thought they should give me a discount, instead they offered me an appointment 2 weeks later. the funny thing is I got an email yesterday from them saying if I cancel with on 24 hours I have to pay in full.

Wonderful place to take your dog for grooming! Our Shiba Inu had poor experiences with other groomers, which made her hate grooming. After taking her to Shiro at DOGMA, she’s more comfortable with grooming and is excited for her sessions. Highly recommend! The groomers handle the dogs with great quality and care.

My dog Trevor’ has been going to Dogma since he is a puppy , it’s his second home , he started when Dogma opened, he is now Five years old, He’ always finds a special friend to play with , ????????????????????????

Dogma is a home away from home for my 15 month old pup Blue. He’s been attending day care weekly for almost a year now, which has been key in socializing him with other dogs. Bonus: I get to work from home without worrying about him! I know he’s well cared for too, the staff is very attentive and professional.

We love Dogma and have had a fantastic experience since Wayland started going for daycare and grooming 6 months ago. The staff greet him excitedly the minute he walks in the door, and he frequently leads us there on his walks, so we know he loves it! Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a great daycare / groomer in the area.

DOGMA is truly amazing. I will only trust the team at DOGMA with my dog, Ariel. She goes in 1-2x per week for the agility playgroup & daycare. Ariel goes in with a smile on her face & leaves the same way. Additionally, Ariel has stayed for overnight boarding for two weeks. The team at DOGMA sends daily report cards with pictures, which make my day each time. The team is trustworthy, responsive, and kind. They go above and beyond and I wouldn’t trust any other business with Ariel.

DOGMA made my day with the report card that “my puppy sent” to me yesterday and today. He does look challenged by enough activity, which is what he needs to be happy.

My puppy GG has been going to Dogma for several months after hearing rave reviews from multiple pet parents at the dog park. I was expecting good things but the level of service has far surpassed my already high expectations. Dogma and it’s staff are very professional but it is very apparent how much the staff really care. The facilities are great with lots of access to sunlight and the pups are well supervised and GG always comes home happy and exhausted. Highly recommend.

My little dog loves going to school and even though she is 7 years old old she is a good student. Dogma has broken her of some bad habits she had—even without formal training.
