That's the best review of all really. But they also make 'house calls' for my cats as needed. Excellent grooming service if you can get it. First, the last visit they told me they needed to raise the rate because I had been a longtime customer and needed to be on the newest rate. Seemed odd to upcharge a longtime client but figured it’s a small business and the pandemic hit them so just said ok. However, they have been understaffed to the point of having a 6 week wait for grooming for at least the last two years (pre and post pandemic). Finally got sick of it. Shame, we loved this place.

Had such an amazing grooming experience, shout out to Donna! They are friendly and patient and took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and the results were fantastic. Really cute shop too, and friendly people. Highly recommend.

I had a major emergency where I had to fly into the city with my dog well on our arrival he was dirty from pooping himself in the kennel, we called Coco and Toto super last minute and they were so kind and willing to take my dog in. When my husband picked him up he called me and said “wow this is the cleanest I’ve ever seen him, you can pet him and hair isn’t falling off”. So thank you to the team for taking us last minute, being kind, and returning my dog the cleanest I’ve ever seen him. 10/10 recommend!

The staff was very professional, patient, and did a great job with our dog Winston. We would definitely make the trip from queens, for Winston's next grooming.

These groomers are my fave to date. They gave my Yorkie the exact cut I wanted!

I’ve been going to Coco and Toto for 11 years. Bailey has never been to another groomer and he loves it. When I pick him up, he is so happy and his cut always looks amazing. When you first start with them, they work really hard to make sure you get the perfect cut. And they keep track of what each cut looks like and any notes for the next visit. Now I just drop in and drop him off and they know exactly who he is. I don’t even live in hK anymore but I still go there.

I have two dogs who used to be visibly scared to go to the groomer - so much so we needed to find a new one. The people at Coco and Toto have always been fantastic with my dogs and they actually get excited when they realIze where we are going ! Excellent service and happy dogs!

Very well organized and ran doggie daycare and grooming place. The business has good space for the daycare and the personnel is very efficient taking care of the pets. Well priced for the Midtown Area of Manhattan.

One star rating is due to the incredibly mean manager who was angrily talking down to a customer. I stepped inside to grab a couple pet toys for my Shiba (I live in the neighborhood) and after witnessing this scene I simply put down the toys and will never go back. The customer seemed perfectly decent and competent, and I couldn't believe how nasty the woman was being toward the customer. Find a new staff or honestly just leave the neighborhood.

We have been clients for over a year now and the staff is warm and responsive. We board my old pup often and they go out of their way to make her stay comfortable. Their grooming is reasonably priced and thorough. We are lucky to have such a great little place by us.

We had high hopes for this day care as it’s right around the corner from our apartment—we thought it could be ideal for rainy days like today. The bitter woman behind the counter, who seemed to be a manager, was incredibly irritable from the moment we walked into the store. Our Havanese genuinely wasn’t a good fit for this day care, because the other dogs were too large. Our puppy plays with big dogs at dogs parks typically 6 days a week, but these dogs were very assertive with our Havanese. The reason for this one star rating is because the bitter woman only smirked while the larger dogs swatted our puppy. He is always so amiable, but in this situation he ran into an open crate for safety. He’s six pounds and there were three 35+ lbs dogs aggressively scratching and swatting him. Again, our dog wasn’t the right match for this day care. The single star rating is because of the woman who let this all happen, hands on her hips, smirking, while my partner and I were stuck outside in the rain watching from the window as sternly instructed.

We have always had a good experience with Coco and Toto. My derpy frenchie loves going there.
