Totally professional and very transparent about all procedures and fees. Their concierge is a great intermediary between the front desk receiving patients, who are busy, and the medical team, who are also busy. The concierge was able to answer all my questions without me ever feeling rushed. The people are not only very professional, but truly concerned about pets. A great experience.

I found out about Bond Vet when I rescued my senior dog. He had a horrible cough and we were super worried. We took him straight to Bond Vet after looking online for a reliable spot and we were not disappointed. Instead of just charging you for everything they ask you before if the price looks okay and if they should remove any medications (that you can ofc pick up and pay for another day) they do a thorough check on the the animals. Listen to you when you have any comments or concerns and also make you feel really calm. Since then I have been taking my rescue Albert as well as my Shiba Byno for their regular visits. They also don't mind all the hair my poor byno who is terrified of vets leaves behind. Highly recommend it and will always go back!

My dog and I had such a great experience at BondVet Upper West Side today!! We went in for an annual check up and the team was incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way! And my little guy didn’t mind the free treats in the lobby either haha!

Each person i interacted with from first phone call to final good bye after my cat was seen was totally kind, respectful and patient with each step and each question. Everything was thoroughly discussed and explained. Totally satisfactory. My only wish is that the app were accessible on Android and/or on MacBook, as I do not have an iPhone.

They’re a “just right” vet, in the best way. They’re efficient, yet thorough. They’re on time, but not rushed. They’re friendly, but not pushy. Pricing is straightforward and transparent, the waiting area and rooms are clean, and their app is really helpful for keeping records. I can’t say that my cat Luna *likes* going to the vet, but they make it as painless as possible for both her and me.

After receiving my new puppy on a Saturday afternoon and experiencing the familiar scenario of problems, the next day I contacted Bond Vet, UWS on a Sunday morning when no other appointments were available from other clinics. Bond Vet has a trouble free online scheduler and I was set for a 5:30 in no time. The facility is top notched with all sanitation protocol being met, including Covid criteria. My pet was seen promptly and the veterinarian was immediately available, competent, conscientious, and attuned to my concerns. The entire staff - technicians, administrative support, and medical support were kind, compassionate, and caring to my puppy. I feel confident in returning to this provider center. And I have confidence in suggesting their services to friends and family. A little bit of kindness and listening goes a long way. These provisions - alongside professional knowledge and research - comprise most pet owners’ top priorities.

Today was my first time at Bond Vet on the Upper West Side. I rushed my dog in for an emergency visit and as nerve racking and expensive those can be Bond Vet made the entire process fast, affordable(half the price of what other clinics are charging), and stress-free. All of the staff were extremely understanding, polite, and professional. Also the wait time for my walk-in visit was shorter than expected so that was a plus! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fast & efficient vet clinic. A bit pricey but very well worth it for the service and expertise. Highly recommend for all pet parents!

Thank you to the staff at Bond Vet UWS location. Went through the difficult decision to let our boy go, they were so compassionate, professional and didn’t overcharge or take advantage of us in our time of need. I will be bringing my other dog there now as a new patient. They seem like they really care. Not just churning out visits and meds.

Bond Vet is the best place ever for our pets, Dr Jeremy Kimmelstiel and team are amazing!!! Bond vet staff, from technicians to vets to front desk staff, is wonderful. They are the only animal facility we would take our pets.

Easy to get an appointment, office was attractive and clean, staff were very friendly with my pet and vets seemed thorough and careful and spent time explaining situation with me and reviewing options. They checked to make sure my pet was ok the next day. Altogether a very positive experience.

I took my dog in recently for a check-up and to get set up as a patient, as we just moved to the neighbourhood. I was immediately pleased with my decision! The reception area/waiting room has such a pleasant atmosphere. It’s warm and comforting - not clinical like a normal vet’s office - but but still feels professional. Everybody that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. ————————————— Tonight my dog accidentally ate some of an oatmeal raisin bagel and we called the vet to find out what we should do (he didn’t get much of it) and they told us to come in tomorrow at 7:30 am. About 15 minutes later they called back to say they could see us tonight. We were in, treated, and out of there in less than an hour and my dog is already feeling better a few hours later. 10/10 would recommend this place! ALSO, GET PET INSURANCE!

We’ve been coming to Bond Vet (UWS & Cobble Hill) for a year now to care for our kittens and we love Bond Vet! Dr. Kimmelstiel is the absolute best. One of our kitties has allergy issues and he’s worked closely with us over the past year on her treatment plan. He always talks us through every question we have and he checks in on her regularly - he clearly cares a lot about his patients and it’s extremely reassuring, especially as new pet parents. Highly recommend Dr. Kimmelstiel and Bond Vet!

A really great pet urgent care! Not suitable for your regular doctor on account of prices and limited equipment for testing, but super friendly staff and beautiful office great for shots, spay/neuter, and little issues that pop up.

Worse experience ever. They are a transactional vet... only care about you paying the bill and not about taking care of your pet. Look for a vet for your pet and not for a company.

I really like the patience Doctor Austin had with my very cautious and nervous rescue. She didn’t rush the exam and respected her boundaries if she was uncomfortable. I also really liked the very detail summary I received of the exam, diagnosis, and owner directions.

UWS Bond Vets are great! All the vet assistants are so helpful and efficient and dr Kimmelstiel is awesome!! I have 3 cats and they have all gone there. I use them as my regular vet. I have always found it easy to get an appointment and the app and text features make it really easy. They always follow up to check on your pet AND they always quite all prices and give you care options before running a million costly tests.

Our dog was in extreme distress Sunday morning — thank god they were open. They were exceptional from start to finish and took great care of our beloved and of us. We live mostly in Europe and the vets there are kind and talented. This is the only vet clinic we have found in the US which exceeds them for kindness and care. Can’t recommend them enough. They removed a nasty burr which had burrowed into the flesh under her tongue like a piece of barbed wire. She is cured and fine.

It’s a clean and professional environment, the front desk staff was professional and thorough. Dr. Kimmelstein is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They go over the pricing breakdown with you before anything is done so that you are prepared. There are no surprises. Upfront, good care, professional.

My first visit with Bond Vet UWS was absolutely fantastic from the check-in desk through the appointment and aftercare instructions. Dr. McGuire and Dominique both took their time to explain each possibility and option I had for treating my cat’s GI issues. This included a clear timeline of steps we could take if he continued to show symptoms. Xavier was great about breaking down the at-home care instructions and made sure I knew who to contact if I had questions. I also appreciate the clear pricing breakdown at the end of the appointment when making decisions on what to do immediately. I’ve never had a vet be so transparent about the finances (I’ve only been to office in another state so that could be why), and it made everything so much easier. I also want to note that I never felt pressured to tack on extra services (i.e. “It’s never the wrong decision to do blood work, but I don’t think he /needs/ it right at this moment”). All in all, I’m so happy that this is our new regular vet!
