If you choose to visit this location.. avoid the employee named Liz. She’s horrible and knows nothing about her job. Not to mention the snake tanks have aspen bedding? That’s totally not healthy. The fish are by far the worst I’ve ever seen at any petco. The fridges are disgusting.. never cleaned. Zero management and zero oversight.

I dropped off my 2 siberian husky's to Michele and when I picked them up they looked gorgeous. She did such an amazing job. Ther fur was like silk. I was so happy with the service she did on my pups. She is so friendly and explains everything you need to know before they start. Will definitely bring my huskies again to her.

Bought a new aquarium for my kids at Petco in Mount Kisco and I had a great experience. The employees there were very helpful and knowledgeable with what I needed to get started and make sure my fish didn’t die on me :)

The employees were really helpful and welcoming. The complimentary treats were just what I was looking for. If you have an accident, no one makes a big deal of it like they do at Five Guys next door - my dog.

June 20th, I went in today to get a harness for my dog That was it, but instead we got the harness and a nail trim that I felt like I was forced into getting when I didn't want to get it, I was unhappy about the fact the workers where talking about their commission rates in front of me and how unhappy one of them was to be making less than her old job, the fact I was told the trim would be 10$ but was 15$, told me that my dog wasn't a purebred but a mix, and the fact they put cologne on my dog I had to wash him when we got him it was so strong I wasn't told they would put cologne on him because i find this very unacceptable!

Update: Friendly staff, however they are never stocked with cat food. Always "the truck didn't come in." May as well call it DogCo as that part of the store is always well stocked and tidy, whereas the cat section is barren and ragged looking.

Lots of the freshwater fish were dead, the guys are great but they need better equipment to maintain the fish healthy. Lots of decorations and aquarium equipment, great selection of dog treats and toys definitely one of our favorite stores in the area. The only issue once again is the freshwater fish...thanks

Horrible service. The barber was so rude (I don’t remember her name but it was an old white lady). My beautiful Golden Doodle, Penny, and I will NOT be coming here again. Do not trust the good reviews, they’re ALL bots. If they see you wrote a bad review they track you down. Penny’s shivering in the corner as I’m writing this review. Also don’t ever ask for advice from these people for any type of pet you own just know they’re wrong. Gosh Darn lady left my little angel furless. ????????????????????

I placed my order online around 9:45, before the store opened. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email confirming my order at around 10:15ish. I drove over, called, and someone came out immediately with my order and put it in the car. He was wearing a mask, and very polite. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
