It's the best pet place in the city , caring , taking precautions for covid , very well organized, prices are good , just please be patient with them , they are overbooked and they are doing their best to keep everyone happy.

I had my cat sterilized there 5 years ago and it went very well at a reasonable price. Recently I needed to know the exact date to satisfy a new requirement by our town so I called to ask. Even though they fetched the file and had all the information in front of their eyes, they would not give me the date unless I paid for a certificate. So, they are competent but really strictly business.

They have good professionals but time management is not one of their skills. I got late 3 times for work because they are always busy with something else or make me wait for pick up or drop off my cats

Really lovely people, so helpful and kind. The vet takes his time to explain in detail what is happening with your animal. You never feel rushed or judged for questions.
