Always a pleasure to shop here. It is petfriendly with attentive staff and a great variety of products for different animals. Love it!

They have a fair selection of items and brands for your pet needs. The grooming was on time and reasonable in price too.

My Maci goes there to get groomed and had Staci twice now. She does amazing work. I will be going to her from now on. The only downside side is that two other girls were there grooming dogs when I went and neither of them acknowledged me for quit some time and not very friendly. Thank you Staci so much!

Had what I was looking for

Fish death house.No care for animals. Water is filthy and smells disgusting. Easily 25% of fish in tanks are dead! Poor selection. Shameful conditions.

Good selections and varieties of pet food, even special diet needs! A great option with PetSmart is AutoShip for those bulk purchases.

There were dead and dying betta fish on display and it was disgusting for a pet store. Your in the hall of shame now!

Bring my dog there for her vet appointments...very good ..

I absolutely love this place. We came here to get basic gold fish and ended up getting the coolest dragon for the Fish tank and more fish and more food for the more fish. Great selection of everything for all pets.

My two Miniature Pinchers had a great couple of hours getting groomed on Tuesday. The women at the shop were amazing with them. I recommend you asking for Amy. A awesome 5 star experience.

Wish PetSmart closer to me had prescription food, this one usually has what I need in stock

Very nice staff, I just wish they had more visible staff. PetSmart is 100 times better than Petco.

They refused to groom my dog because he's limping...

So this is for petsmart per say. It's for benfield a pet hospital I went there to get my cat's Nails cut and when I get there They ask me if I have been here before I say no when I'm making the appointment and then on top of that When I finally arrive they say we have to go through a checkup but mind you I have all her paperwork saying that she had been vaccinated. I say again this is only just a cut freaking nails this is not something that's beyond comprehension that we are trying to do here.

Their website has some great deals - if you can get the order to be accepted. Twice I've ordered and paid for stuff to get it charged to my card, then reversed, charged again, and reversed again. In Newton, NJ, staff in the store was very apologetic and sold me goods at the internet price. In Middletown, NY, the kid at the register could not have been less helpful, even after showing him that the charge stuck the third time. He did every thing except say 'what do you want me to do about it?' Of course, after I left the store, some 5 hours after placing the order, I get the email confirmation. Not good, PetSmart. NOT GOOD.

This store used to be a better place. The store has great food variety, but lacks greatly on service. Long lines. One cashier, even when store is busy.no bags for merchandise. You cannot even buy one. They sell 4.00 bags that look unappealing . The store needs to really take a look at why they treat animals well and people bad

Always got what i need

Great selection of supplies and they price match. However, they need serious help tending to their fish and small animals. Half of the fish are dead for days and left in the tanks. Please train your employees properly. I would assume removing corpses from a fishtank would be the bare minimum of their job duties. Its very sad to see the fish swimming around their dead friends.

Brought my dog to groomer today and told 1 1/2 hrs and then come to pick her up and girl said another 2hrs. Will never be coming back. Wasn't waiting 2 more hours. No dog should take 3 hrs to get done, when she's small.

Big selection. Prices are kind of high. Line at the register can be long fairly often. Over all, they probably have what you are looking for, for your pet.
