Everything was great. The staff provide professional service for the care of my previous cat Gumbell and our current kittens Shaggy and Scooby.

My cat had an emergency and was taken in quickly and evaluated. She stayed overnight and received good care. The doctor called me several times to keep me updated and called after I took my cat home to see how she was doing. The sound of her voice over the phone could have been clearer and I sometimes had to ask her to repeat what she said. Overall I am happy with their care and concern for my cat and continue to go back for follow up care.

My cat was bleeding two weeks diarrhea and vomiting....was horrible time .Now my beautiful cat Spidy kitty is happy and healthy.Thank you very much ,best veterinarian ????

i have been going to forest hills cat hospital for the past 6 years they have the very best drs from dr luger dr Tuzio and DR allen they are caring and simply the best vets you will find in nyc special mention to Tiffany and Liz who are the best two people you can meet in the cat world i recommend with two paws up

I called several times before my kitten Axel's neutering on 11/23/21 because the phone was busy and I couldn't get all my questioned answer when I scheduled the appointment which Melina gave me within 2 weeks. I felt bad for Melina beccause you can hear the phone ringing in the background and she had to pick it up. She was so kind, professional, attentive and compassion for your cat including nurse Teresa and the Dr. that performed the surgery. The only suggestion I would give is if there's any forms that needs to be filled should be sent before via email and instructions for the surgery like no food from midnight which is important. I will definitely recommend this hospital for a cat lover and parents. Thank you ????

Amazing hospital staffed by extremely kind, attentive, and caring professionals. Our 9 week kitten Leia suddenly developed a 106 fever and was seen the same day by Dr.Allen, who explained the treatment plan and made sure to follow up the following days to ensure our little girl was feeling better. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I would HIGHLY recommend Forest Hills Cat Hospital to anyone based on the service I received. We all know Covid has changed the dynamic of not being able to engage with staff face to face for very long. However any doubt I may have had about the way things are now, are non-existent. I know it's scary just leaving your pet but the staff clearly go above and beyond to treat them. Milo's vet called me to check-in whenever she progressed in his checkup. She did not perform or even suggest unnecessary test, I felt she was very conservative in his treatment and was able to identify what the course of action was for getting him to feel better. The few interactions I had when dripping Milo off, phone calls and picking him up were professional, pleasant and informative. If I could just make one little suggestion, when I picked Milo and his meds up, I would have liked some kind of document (even if emailed) for everything explained by the vet over the phone like meds break down, doses, anything extra to look out for etc. Other than that I cannot speak highly enough about Milo's visit, the staff and how we will definitely be back to keep up with all his medical needs.

I always trust the Forest Hills Cat Hospital with my fur babies. I totally understand why this is necessary, but it can be unnerving not being allowed inside (due to Covid precautions) when my cats are being examined, but I am put at ease knowing they are in good hands!

i have mixed feelings about this place. first visit: took care of my cat fast and even gave us some treats for him. second visit: we had been waiting over an HOUR for a vaccination that is supposed to take only 5 minutes.

I Iam totally disappointed and frustrated with the service . I took my cat to the Forest Hills Cat Hospital for an issue that my ???? is having. Filled out numerous forms explaining the reason for a visit. He is loosing weight. Had to drop the cat off at the door. Was not allowed in. Never met with the doctor. Was told via phone that my cat needed a blood test at a cost of $460.00 and would hear from the doctor in a few days. Well that never happened. I called to speak to the doctor regarding the results of the blood test. The receptionist told me the doctor was not in. She said the blood test was ok. I told her that was not acceptable because the issue of the weight loss was not addressed. She said ok.. I will have the doctor call you back, that was 3 days ago, and noone called.l would never use this vet again.

The team at Forest Hills Cat Hospital are very friendly and eager to help. I reviewed with Dr. Allen a thorough history of my pet, my concerns and treatment options. The team took into consideration not only the cost of care, but my time (some folks don't have the means to travel with their pets -whether it be taking time off from work or access to transportation) and most importantly how my pet was feeling. Through consistent communication we were able to prep my pet (meds to calm them) for follow up visits. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and will continue bringing my pet back here for care!

Luger is the best ,semi retired. He's There on Wednesday & Thursday. I had to find another place as they do not allow you in with your pet. I don't know about anybody else but my pet is like my child if I can't go in with her I'm not going here. Other vets tell me are they kidding.

Our cat was sick and our regular vet was booked for 3 days. One call to Forest Hills Cat Hospital and he was seen that same day. They kept us updated daily on his condition. Dr. Allen & staff were professional and sensitive to our concerns. Thanks to the entire staff.

Everyone at the cat hospital has always been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue there is that it is such a good practice that the phones ring off the hooks and it is sometimes hard to get through. But I deal with that because the care is fabulous and that is what is most important.

Came here because after few visits somewhere else we still didnt have diagnosis. They were able to give me all answears right away and give the cat needed help same day.

Best cat vet in Queens & beyond. Thank U for taking such good care of Gucci. @2 he developed dental /gum disease and had to have most of his teeth extracted. He recovered well and is doing great. Everyone went above and beyond. Best on retirement to Dr. Luger he took care of 3 of my cats over the years.
