Excellent!!!! (They were highly recommended by a family friend with high standards to begin with) My dog had cut his paw very badly and despite being a first time patient they came at 10pm! P.S. my dog wasn't the best patient, but they handled the situation without a problem and gave me clear instructions for aftercare.
