The staff here is so friendly patient and kind! Fear free certified veterinarian Sr. Stephanie Waters is one of the most kindest, understanding and caring veterinarians out there! Her behavior and medical knowledge is top-notch if you have any types of animal with anxiety fear aggression or behavior issues. She really truly cares!

Despite living in Queens, my cat and I landed at East Bay due to extenuating circumstances. Dr. Waters is extremely kind, thorough, compassionate, and professional, responsive to phone calls and emails, and the kind of vet who you can only hope to find for your babies. My dealings with Dr. Maltese and Dr. Selmonsky, although more limited, were equally positive. The office always managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule, and was easy to deal with. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Waters and the entire East Bay practice.

I've been going to East Bay VET for over 20 years! Dr. S and Dr. Maltese are always available to answer questions and quick to return calls. I trust them %100 with my best friends! Thank you both for your patience and consideration during good as well as difficult times! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I switched to East Bay Vet last year and couldn't be happier with Dr. Maltese. She is very kind and is passionate about her work. I have also had my dog examined by Dr. Semylansky and he is an excellent and thorough doctor. The staff is great as well!

Great friendly staff, our dogs love Dr Waters, busy hospital, difficult to setup ideal appointments.

I followed Dr. Waters to East Bay from another practice. You will not find a more compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian for your furbaby. Dr. Waters cared for my late cocker spaniel and came to our home as we sent her to the rainbow bridge. I'm forever grateful for her bedside manner in such a difficult moment. My new cocker spaniel pup is under her care and I know he is in the best hands!

No new clients being taken at this time. I was just told. Needed a parrots toenails clipped and beak trimmed. This way it saves people time if the are new and looking for a vet in the area.

Super professional and friendly, my dog does not mind coming in which has not been the case with other vets. Would recommend to anyone.

Took my new puppy here to see Dr. Waters. This is my second veterinarians office but 1st visit here & i am definitely here to stay. Every interaction with all staff was pleasant and honestly wonderful. I could tell she was very thorough and listened to all my concerns and addressed them all thoughtfully! Totally recommend this place! Dr. Waters especially! Stress free pressure free and knowledgeable.

I have been going to East Bay for about 7 years all the doctors and staff members from the front desk to the vet assistants are very caring and professional. Dr Maltese took care of my Great Dane Mastiff mix when she had happy tail and some of her tail had to be removed. When it was time to euthanize our Ridgeback April of 2020 at the height covid-19 when people were not supposed to be close to each other Dr Maltese was so caring she had Simba brought outside so my family and I could be with him when he left us. Instead of him being alone we were with him which made it a bit easier. A week later Dr Waters-Lemma helped me when our cat Lacy also had to be euthanized both pets had stomach cancer (gotta love Long Island water). My cat Scratt who does not like to be held or picked up didn't have a care in the world when Dr Maltese and Dr Selmonsky took care of her they are like cat whisperers. If you are looking for caring veterinarians East Bay is perfect and for people with large dogs the exam tables go up and down so no lifting is necessary.

Very good, competent, and caring service. Everyone is respectful and courteous. I travel from 4 towns over and pass 4-5 vets to come to East Bay. Vets are not cheap, so consider insurance. It helps to lighten the cost for a major event.

The best!! Dr. Selmonski has taken care of now all 5 of my family dogs and will continue to as long as he is in practice. As long as he and Dr. Maltese are in practice I will travel from any distance to bring my pets to them!!

People at vet office very nice. I had to put my lovely cat to sleep. They were supportive and did not rush me out . I stayed inside for as much as I need it. Fee days later I received hand written note that assured me about making right, but extremely hard decision. It eased my pain a little. Thank you East Bay vet.

I called crying this morning because my cat was in pain. The woman at the front desk who answered the call was extremely rude and started laughing loudly with her coworker and ignoring me on the phone. She gave an attitude about having my cat come in because she hadn’t been in in a while. The best advice she gave to my mom who called after me was “call somewhere else.” Dr. Selmonsky is great but I would recommend visiting him at his Wantagh office where is staff is much more polite.

Christmas (Friday!) morning, we woke to our dog limping & in severe pain. Our vet was closed until Monday, so on a whim I called East Bay... Dr. Selmonsky answered after one ring and offered to meet us at the office in an hour - this knowing that we were not even current customers. Follow up the next day was with Dr. Maltese and she was fantastic as well. The entire staff was friendly, helpful & caring. Amazing service all around - they have earned a new customer!

We never had an issue and this was our family Vet. Our dog was bleeding from her rectum so I drove straight to the office. Went to enter and was scolded to call from my car. Called from my car only to be told come back in an hour. When I said this is an emergency the receptionist mocked me and said no it is not. They have just lost a customer! Horrible!
