Nice costumer service, all staff very kind and professional

I brought two kittens that I have been fostering to Medford Animal Hospital. Not only did they get me in the next day when I said one of them was sick, but they were absolutely amazing for every single visit. Dr. Adams and his staff are absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Adams and staff! ❤️

Even though most Veterinary animal hospitals are around the same price, with the staff included here, it is well worth it. Kind, courteous staff, and open 7 days a week makes it very pleasurable to go to for both my dogs

I have been taking my Yorkie, Pucci, to the Medford Animal Hospital for about 4 years. Dr Adams and his staff are kind and considerate. Dr. Adams takes time to explain any instructions which are needed to care for your pet. I highly recommend Dr. Adams and the Medford Animal Hospital.

Sometimes you have to pay for the best, and Dr. Adams IS the best. Thorough, caring and I feel completely confident he's gonna help my baby, and do it well..thanks Doc!

Great vet and wonderful staff... wonderful animal care! Fair priced and gives a good senior citizens discount . Dr Adam's shows compassion for the animals he treats. Which is nice to see in this day in age.

I just wanted to give this place a 5 star review because I had to put my cat down yesterday and they initially told us we wouldn’t be able to be there due to covid and they completely adjusted and made it possible so we could comfortably say goodbye! They always provide great care to our dog, but their kindness and flexibility in times like these made me love this place for life. Thank you so much to the staff here!!!

My family has been using Dr Adams when I was a child, now I’m an adult and bring my pets to him as well. He is very friendly and knows how to handle an animal properly. He is binxy (my cat) approved !!

I have a ‘hard to handle’ fur-baby. I recently changed Vets to Dr Adams at Medford Animal Hospital due to a ‘bad experience ‘ at the prior vet. I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr. Adams and Jason were in dealing with my dog. They were quick yet very thorough, putting both my dog and I at ease! While the vet will never be his favorite place to go, At least I feel better about taking him! The front desk is also a pleasure! Thank you!

Dr. Richard Adams is the best veterinarian we have ever gone to. His support staff are also wonderful. After 33 years, we would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Adams is the nicest Vet I have ever seen. Helped correctly diagnose cancer when our previous vet did tons of testing and had no idea what was wrong. Great staff all around. I trust them completely with my dogs.

Dr. Adams is a super, no nonsense, type of guy that knows what he's doing. The rest of the staff is super nice. My wife and I love how much they care about our dogs.

Our little cat Gioia(Italian for Joy) suddenly became ill last summer. We had taken her to one vet who could not explain the real issue ,so we took her to Dr Adams. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, calling up a specialist to discuss the findings on our our behalf and in determining the cause of her sudden decline in health. Unfortunately she had developed lymphoma of the kidneys . Dr Adams did everything possible to help us save her and keep her comfortable during her illness. Dr Adams was caring , kind, and compassionate, not only to our little Gioia , but also to us. I would highly recommend Dr Adams for his expertise, knowledge, and going the extra mile for the animal , and the owner. We are thankful that he was there to help us during this difficult time .

Great Vet. Really cares and dogs get taken care off extremely well. it's not cheap but worth it.
