The staff bends over backwards to make things stress free. We have a 14 year old dog (Odo) with some serious issues. He's the sweetest most gentle soul but it's not easy to attend to things he needs. The staff here always go above and beyond. They totally get it. I had to pick up some meds for our dog today. They aren't allowing people into the building and instead, you need to text them that you're there. The number is clearly posted at each parking spot. They respond super fast. Today, the staff person was running back and forth between the door to the building and other patients cars giving meds, consulting, making appointments, scratching chins (the dogs, not the owners), and generally being super attentive...ALL IN AN ICY COLD POURING RAIN...AND WITH A WARM GENUINE SMILE FOR EVERYONE! Gotta say, I wouldn't be as amenable. Bravo! We've had a number of vets over the years and these folks are the best by far.

My husband has been going to this vet clinic since he was a little boy. They have seen us through the circle of life a few times now. They always make sure that our pets have the best care and treat them (and us) with the utmost compassion. We are very, very happy here and highly recommend their services. A+!!!

Dr. Ambrosie took the time before her regular scheduled appointments to see my German Shepard Pup. He had been limping and holding up his paw. This appointment was greatly appreciated. Jessee has made a full recovery.

Staff are friendly. Other than that I don't know because no one is allowed inside still.

We have been a customer of lake country as long as we have had pets. We have had some weekday emergencies, and they have always seen our dogs quickly. Which means a lot to any pet parent. Thank you lake country staff!!

Lake Country Vet Clinic is the best. I have a 12.5 year old retired racing Greyhound that is a sweet sweet boy, but has PTSD from vet visits. Dr. Allison Ambrosie is the best vet I've ever seen with him, and we've seen vets in Houston, and Denver for various reasons. Wonderful place to take your loved family members (pets)!!!

Numerous times phone messages have been left and never returned from clinic. Wanted a simple Kennel cough vaccine and weeks out for appointment. Been a good customer and now changing clinics.

They got us in quickly and were very nice.

Have been a client for several years but won't be continuing here. Almost 13 yo lab has had chronic ear infections his entire life, about 4x a year. The same ear medication works great and clears them up quickly. When I tried to refill his ear med 2 weeks ago I was told no, it's been too long since he was seen. (His annual visit was June 2019 where he got the last bottle). We use about 2 bottles per year at most. No need for the $50 plus office call. I only need a bottle of ear medication.

This place was amazing! After taking my dog to the emergency vet and being told she needed to go to Cornell for emergency surgery and calling Cornell to be told they wouldn't take her because of COVID and she wasn't an emergency to them. A friend referred us to lake country vet and they got us right in without even being regular patients of theirs! I called and they said to just bring her right in !!

I'm kind of bias my wife works there so it's a great place unless she decided to leave

Peanut butter smeared so the dogs can lick it while they get their shots distracted them. Great idea. And I think my dogs might actually look forward to their vet visits!
