DONT GO TO DONNER CREEK. I’ve been taking my dog here for months on end & we were told we were no longer able to come here & they just hung up. i called a couple days later for them to look into the situation & they hung up on me once again. So i call again for the third time asking to look into the situation once again , & they say a random excuse that somebody made a facebook post that was absolutely never made but regardless we can no longer come here ? When i asked to speak to the vet who “saw” this post they said “she probably won’t call you back so just don’t bother calling again” But regardless they misdiagnosed my other dog for 3 years & are completely disrespectful to their customers for absolutely NO reason! It’s not worth paying an arm & leg for an appointment when the vets truly don’t even care about the customers / animals who come to their facility. DONT GO TO DONNER CREEK !! Unprofessional & disrespectful , i will be telling my family / friends to go somewhere else from now on !

We took our cat here 3 weeks ago.(my cat is 12 and I think has bad arthritis.)They took bloodwork. Paid over$300. Still have not gotten results. My husband has called 4 times and I called once. They keep saying the vet will call back. Ha! The receptionist was not even apologetic. I would go there in person but with Covid you have to call ahead. This place has taken my money and my cat is suffering! Awful! DO NOT GO HERE! Spread the word. Put them out of business!!

I have no problem having treatment performed on my pet by any means. The staff at this vet in particular have no idea what they are doing. I called in scheduled an emergency visit being told at a higher fee of 85 dollars. Perfectly fine I wanted my kitten looked at right away. Turns out I was over reacting and just fine. I told the receptionist that someone else would be taking my kitten due to me having work and told her that I strictly wanted his leg looked at and to know whether or not he was blind or with cataracts. The vet then decided that without calling me the owner that she could go through with a bunch of tests and then put a lovely 400 dollar charge on my card without authorization. I tried to call the vet the see what was done to my kitten after seeing the charges and the receptionist was absoltutly clueless. I told her the day before what was to be done and upon his arrival they asked him again what was wrong with the kitten as if I didn't explain everything so answer all the questions when the appointment was scheduled. A case will be put in at BBB and a complaint on the vet practice due to no communication to pet owner. I am a pet owner and I have the right to know what is being done to my pet before it is done.

Wait forever for bloodwork results. I call and they won’t tell me over the phone. Have to wait for vet to call. She takes her sweet old time, a week or sometimes 2 weeks to call you back. My dog needs her medicine refilled based on her blood work results. Told them at the appointment she had 11 days left of her meds and that I will be going out of town for a week. Whatever, I’m done. Time to find a new vet, one more reliable

My dog had an open wound, we called and they gave us an appointment two days later. When we got there they refused to do anything about it. We had to leave and find another place to help us.

They care not for your animals they care about money they keep your pet suffering so it leads to surgery resulting in more money for them. (The vet clinic)

If you care about your pet, do NOT bring them here. I brought my sick dog, they took my money and never gave me results or medicine to help. Every time I called (for over 3 months) they said the doctor would return my call and never did. Save your money and go to someone who cares.

I have a very good vet for my dog. But I thought it would be convenient to find someone closer. The majority of your reviews are very good bit the bad ones are so bad and consistently the same problem.Ive had the same problem as a human going to a Doctor's office. Your place of business is only as good as your staff! It seems when people really need a response they don't get ANY. In one case a dog died without getting an answer. That is unforgivable. I will be happy to stay with my vet. Bad business practices. You should implement some office policies if you care what people who truly love their animals think.

Very slow responding to questions regarding medication and whether symptoms are part of meds. Had to show up at the office to get answers and then dr F blamed the office staff saying she never got messages.... and it happened again today! Two calls made today one at 8:45 and one at 11:45 with NO response. Looks like we may have to drop by the office again to get answers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Took my dog on Wednesday because she didn’t seem to be doing to well. Sat in a room waiting for the vet for over 45 min with no one else in the vets office but heard staff and doctors talking about non-related work stuff while we waited. Got blood work done for her and was supposed to hear back on Thursday never did. Called later Thursday and was told we would be hearing back from the vet shortly never did. Called Friday same thing and never heard back from them. Today, Sunday my dog passed. Paid all this money to have tests done to prepare our selves for the worst and it all could have been avoided. Would not recommend this vet to anyone.

Not a fan of this office. Although Dr. Fournier is very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and was absolutely fantastic with my dog, as were her assistants/techs, their lack of communication is terrible. My dog has severe separation anxiety. And it reached the point that medication was needed. The vet told me she would order generic meds because the brand name bottle was very expensive. The secretary told me I would receive a call when the meds came in. 2 weeks went by, no call. I decided to give them a call to see what was up. The girl that answered said that she would have to wait for her manager to check on the status of the pills, that her manager wasn’t in yet but would be in shortly and she would have him/her give me a call. I received no call. I waited another week. Same thing. Again, no call back. Over a month later, the office called me and told me that they could not get the generic medication. I waited A MONTH to hear that they couldn’t get me the medication!? However, they offered to have the vet write a script for the pills and I could maybe look for them myself at a local pharmacy. Ok. I agreed. The secretary said she would have her write one up and would give me a call when it was ready. Guess what? No call. That was over a month ago. I never bothered to call them back and ask them what takes a month to write a script. Not worth it. I’m not taking anything away from the vet skills or services, they were fine. But communication is key in a business and at donnor creek, whether it was just with me personally or not, there was a serious lack of that.

Dr Fournier had always taken great care of us! We had a very sickly and needy dog previously and she always made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of!

I love Dr. Fournier and her staff. I have brought several cats to her for care and my dog as well. Her and her staff are very understanding, patient, caring and transparent. In the few years that I have taken my pets to her I have never had a bad experience, unexpected bill or issues with how my pets where treated or handled.

Just had my dog neutered and not pleased with results. It has been two weeks and the area has swollen and got significantly worse. Brought him back in and they said its normal. Have taken him to another vet locally and one in pa since I have family there and both have said this is very abnormal and they did a horrible job. We also have another dog that needed xrays. They wanted to charge us $883 to do them. I showed the other 2 vets the quote breakdown of the procedure since he would have to be sedated and they nearly fell over. They do have a friendly staff there except the older receptionist who has treated us like dirt from day one. it seems they string u along to take ur money and when a problem arises never find the route of it. would not recommend this vet to anyone. My wife and I are very disappointed. I am writing this review under her name cause I don't have my own account. Mark Lewis

This place doesn't deserve one star. I will never take an animal to this vet! My dog was bleeding from her ear and they refused to see her. The blood would not stop. We asked them if it was a life and death situation would it make a difference and no answer. I don't know why they refused to treat her, but any reason is not good enough. We do have a regular vet, but we needed a place closer. I am so disappointed I couldn't count on them for help. All I have to say is think twice about stepping through their doors. They obviously don't really care about animals. I have never been so disgusted in my life! You took an oath to help animals, now stick by it.
