We love Dr Sood!! Best Doc!!

Was going to ask about a new patient appointment, but before I could I was cut off and told they aren't excepting new patients. It's not rocket science, look to hire more or fill your areas of inadequacy.

I’ve never seen so much turnover with veterinarians. I feel like they’ve had 10 different vets in 10 years at least. I wonder what the problem is. It’s hard to trust a business when a new vet is seeing your pet every time. I was just told the vet retired without a replacement and now they don’t have a full time vet and aren’t scheduling surgeries when my dog seriously needs help. Sorry to the other employees here but this place is a mess.

Always a good experience, Takes 3 people to trim my dog's nails, but they get it done each time and quickly!! Even after the experience, he still gets excited to be there and see everyone!! Thank You Countryside

Friendly staff, great service, reasonable prices.

I telephoned today with a concern about my dog and was told I wouldn’t be seen for 6 weeks. I indicated that it was urgent and she said even urgent concerns were being booked six weeks out.

They never have the food that the vet prescribed to my cat. And one time when I paid for the bag of food preemptively they gave it to some one else and we had to get different food that was similar but not the same. They also are rude when talking with them unless your about to pay them.

We took our cat in for the first time on Tuesday for what we thought was an abbess tooth. Unfortunately it turned out to be a tumor and we had to make the very difficult decision to put her down. The staff and the vet all treated our fur baby as if she had been going to them for years. They gave us as much time as we needed with her to say our good byes and were very gentle with the whole process. You can tell they really care about animals. They made a very very difficult process so much easier and we left feeling like we made the right decision so she was no longer in pain. We will be bringing our two other cats here going forward for wellness visits and anything else they need. Thank you for treating us like family.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was treated with zero respect, compassion, or understanding. They mis lead you and mis inform you cause the personel in the office don't know what they're talking about and then act like you're the one who is lying. They obviously don't belive the customer is always right, and oh belive me I am the customer cause all they wanted was my $$$$.

My family have been customers for several years. Our pet had an appointment and due to some crazy circumstances at work, I totally forgot about it. Yes, it was my mistake. They ended up calling me the day of the appointment and the woman/girl calling sounded more than aggravated. I apologized and tried to explain.... she kept saying that I would be billed. BOY was I. Received a bill for $65.75! I was shocked! We are just getting financially on our feet. I called and asked to have the bill cancelled or put at a reduced rate. They didn't want to hear any of it. Again woman/girl on phone kept asking me for my credit card number and threatening me with claims. I just received the bill! I told them that I'd pay the bill but would no longer bring my animals, again they couldn't care less. VERY unprofessional and inhuman. Money hungry. Well they got our money but lost our business. Thanks Countryside!

This is Carson Amber's son, Liz u gotta leave more funny replies to the 1 star reviews where the person clearly doesn't know what they are doing. For example the bad review has lots of bad grammer and spelling and is saying things that clearly not true!

They take time and explain everything very nice people

Dr was amazing and it took 5 minutes for my dog to get his staples out.

Awful experience when I had a family emergency and they charged me $65 And threaten to send my account to collections!!! Mind you, this was out FIRST and ONLY no show! Previous visit with my dogs leg when he was limping intermittently, they tried to get me to spend $400 to have him sedated for x-rays, I took him home without them and he was fine within a week.

Very well organized for Covid protocol. Socially distanced. I was very pleased and able to get an appointment when I needed one. Good job Countryside!

Dr. Hardy was wonderful with our cat and the office staff is very helpful, as well.

They were busy, but considering the circumstances I was only kept waiting 10 minutes. My dog had his nails clipped. The tech was very pleasant. It tells you call inside when you arrive. I did this a few times and nobody answered, but one of the techs came over, when I waved to her.

My previous vet was close to home but I was willing to drive further just to be in the office with our new kittens; 1 person is allowed. Smooth check-in/check-out, the doctor was nice, thorough & knowledgeable. The office was very clean and comfortable & the visit was affordable. Looking forward to our next appointment :)
