Basic Pet Care Animal Hospital Lindenhurst, New York

I have been bringing my pets here for well over 20 years now. Everyone is so nice & caring with Bauer the dog & is so understanding (he’s quite nervous) I couldn’t think of taking him to another vet. I can not recommend this Vet strongly enough.

Friendly staff, doctor was easy to talk to and explained everything well.

My experience was very Satisfying, My Cat was very pleased with her Treatment.

Excellent care, been taking my dog here since he was a puppy - 10 yrs.

Everyone here is caring, gentle and respectful of the animals. I can't thank them enough!!!

Best veterinarian I’ve been to in many years. They’re wonderful and extremely thorough! Also very reasonable but most of all they really care!

For Covid, they do strictly curbside and they fo it well. It's very organized and efficient. The people are so nice and take the time to listen and understand your pet's issues. The best part is this may be the only vet I've been to that doesn't pound you with up-selling. I've left my last 2 vets for that reason. They actually tell you what your pet needs and why and I was even told a few things I don't necessarily need unless.....! My previous vets would have just tried to give me the hard sell. Love these people. They also seem to care. ❤

Nothing bad to say. The staff and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The wait time is reasonable.

Ok so I am in love with this Vet. I have taken my pet to this place since he was a baby. Now he is 3years old. Patient. Experienced. Clean. Knowledgeable. The doctors recently changed but the quality of service remained the same. Truly a blessing!

Being a health care professional myself, I not only understand the love we pet owners have for our pets, but also know the aspects of running a health care practice. Dr. Cummins is an amazing, dedicated, compassionate, friendly, and superbly qualified Veterinarian. I would him 10 stars if I could.

Had an ok experience. Went over a yr ago. The doc. did give his attn gathering my dogs history. However when it came to blood work, the machine seemed to be malfunctioning, they ran it twice without much reassurance at all if at the end the final results were accurate. When ur spending money and time on your little one whos sick, u want to make sure ur getting accurate results.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t return you’re phone calls or emails and instead of treating your dog in what they consider an “emergency matter” they recommend you to a hospital because they don’t have the time! Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back again. DO NOT GO HERE If you’re looking for a facility that cares about your animal!!

Started going here a few years ago. Probably some of the nicest people I have ever met. Take excellent care of my pets. Also very good prices. Definitely recommend for all your pet issues.

Dr.Cummins is the best, compassionate, personable, professional and more importantly an excellent vet. The staff are all very nice and accommodating.

Good place but a bit pricey

Very helpful, found an injured baby blue jay and though they wouldn't keep it they supplied me with the food and tools to do so, with understandable directions, they also gave me an option to bring it to a vet that does help wildlife, that's the option I eventually chose, they also called them for me to say I was on my way, now the bird is in good hands and being taken care, better than I could have

Dr. Lugten and staff are beyond the best ever! Lots of loving and care for your pet! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Staff are awesome and Dr very informative

He was extremely thorough with his examination. I used many vets in the area in the past. He by far spent way more time with my animal.
