I only go for grooming. My dog is a coward but she loves the lady in front & the groomer always does a good job with her.

A caring dog daycare. They take care of every dog as if it was their own.

It's always so nice to pick my boy and girl up from a spa day with palisades pups. The energy is contagious???????????? I like the bow tie that they put on them..... so cute. I highly recommend bringing your pup and kitty here for all grooming service!!!

My dog ???? Midnight has been going to Palisades Pups for 4yrs. now to get groomed. The groomer is very professional, friendly. The staff and management, are so dedicated to their jobs.

Recently got my dogs nails trimmed here and they did a great job. Was very accommodating with walk ins and the receptionist was beyond kind. I would definitely return here for future services.

Going there for the 1st time I was a little bit nervous but I'm very happy and my cat is very happy

We've been taking our dogs here since they opened in JC Heights. Our dogs have always loved the daycare and the staff and were always excited to go to daycare or boarding and it definitely helped with their socialization. I've had a 5 star review for them for years. However, the last half a dozen time we have taken our dogs for daycare or boarding they've both gotten very sick with bad diarrhea and have required a vet visit each time.

I scheduled an appointment waited 2 weeks to come in and when I did I did not use their service. I wanted to see where they washed the dogs and the front desk felt very shady and something in my gut just went off telling me not to go here. I’m very protective with my dogs I love them and I didn’t get the feeling this was a good place. I ended up saying no and leaving with my dogs and then did what I should have done from the first place which is look at some reviews and you can see there is a pattern here of some dogs being treated not so well or given not so good haircuts, people don’t want their dogs to be shaven down.

We brought our three rabbits in for grooming, which includes cleaning and nail clipping. Our rabbits (like many) are very antsy and do not like being in unfamiliar places around new people. This is our second time bringing them in and they did a great job cleaning them. Their fur was soft to the touch, smelled great, and most importantly, their very long nails were clipped. Customer service was very professional and friendly as well. Reasonable pricing. Will definitely go back and I recommend to any rabbit owner.

My neighbor brought her eight month old puppy here for his first grooming. The poor baby was traumatized and injured. My heart is broken. Cuts between his toes and belly area.. He hid under the bed and didn't eat properly ever since then. If you love your pet dont bring here. ☹

Nadja, our Cockapoo, loves Palisades Pups! She gets so excited to see the staff! Jose also does an amazing job with her. We've finally found the cut that works for her in keeping cool and being able to see and looks great! We come once a month.

great service. the staff was very friendly and treated my dogs great. i’ve been taking both of my dogs there for a while and they never disappoint !

I’m so sorry it took me so long to write a review. I’m very skeptical of most places that I try to take my pup to because she’s so sensitive to new places but I took her here two weeks ago and I’m still so happy with the job they did. Annette is sweet and personable and from the time she sees your “baby” she’s warm as well as professional. I’ll only be bringing my pup here from now on!

Great Groomers. My dog Shade looks so beautiful when she comes out.

I have taken my puppy there twice now. First time for her intro “puppy cut”. They did a decent job but it took 3+ hours and they only trimmed the hair on her face paws and gave sanitary cut. We brought her back a few days ago for her first full grooming. We dropped her off at 10 and we’re told she would be ready between 12-1. I called at 1:45 when i still had not received a call that she was ready and they told me they had a lot of walk ins for a la cart services which means the groomer needs to step away from my dog (who had an appointment) and they would need another hour. When dropping her off they made it very clear they do not give treats and/or water. I kindly asked them to give her water as it will be nearly 5 and they told me she was doing just fine and didn’t need it. When dropping her off we specifically asked for a trim. They even referred to it as a teddy bear cut. When we were finally able to pick our girl up they COMPLETELY SHAVED HER! She didn’t even look like the same dog. She didn’t have any matting or anything. There was so excuse. They just didn’t listen and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY unprofessional and nasty about. She lied right to our faces and told us maybe we should try petsmart next time. Needless to say we will not be going back

Soo good, my Sugar saw the groomer last week of November 2019 and due to COVID 19 hasn’t been able to see a groomer. Sugar looked homeless my poor baby, but I called these wonderful people and they gave me my Sugar back. We took out all the hair and he (sugar) is mad at me still but the groomer did a wonderful job. I think we will return. Thank you so much ????

I took my dog for his first grooming here after checking out their reviews. I was extremely happy with the results and so is my doggo (who now walks around with a swagger in his step). Customer service was great - the front desk lady was very accommodating to take me on as a last minute appointment and just generally friendly. Will definitely come back.

Terrible job they heard my dog all body scratches they don’t care about ur dog I NOT RECOMMENDED . Ok that’s why many people complain about the Groumer.k k k never ever try.....

Horrible customer service. Called to ask if they take walk-ins and after speaking to the person put me on hold just so I can say hello and another person came on the phone to tell me this is a different person.

I take my pugle norman to palisade pups all the time even after I moved out I travel in order to get him pampered by the caring and professional personnel. I highly recommend them and support our local businesses.
