AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A NEW PET OWNER: To whom is in charged of this place, please be professional. A rude lady calls me and immediately says, "pick up your dog", mind you it is a work day. She says you need to arrange someone to pick him up ASAP. I asked why, she stated that he was being a bully to other dogs and it took 3 people to control him. My dog is extremely playful and if his energy is too much then he should be properly accommated. It was known that my dog does not feel comfortable in a kennel, which they were notified of since his very first visit back in the summertime My dog is not a big dog so I know that she exaggerated. My dog is only 40lbs. On their website they offer 1 on 1 attention for dogs if they cannot be with other dogs. When asked about the 1 on 1 play time, they state that they no longer provide that service, but it is not updated on their site. I asked her on the phone yesterday if I would get a refund for not utilizing the whole day of daycare she stated yes that we would be refunded for any package or service we purchased. Today I realize that I am still being charged fully, when my dog only attended 2 hours. I called and she calls me back to state that we are still going to be charged the full day because they do not do half days. I understand they do not do half days but why tell me you will refund me if you are going to change your mind the following day. You just wanted to get me off the phone and rush us to pick up our dog thats why you agreed. She was rude from the beginning the way she talked. I looked through the reviews and its not the first time. Not recommending this place anymore.

Unfortunately lve lossed so many loved one's to covid about the time of my dog appointment and yes they did gave me a courtesy and rescheduled my dog but I received a phone call from the manager saying they can't no longer be of service to my dog because he missed past appointments and they didn't even take into consideration that the day of his appointment was the day my brother passed away my home,I've lost six family members to covid not even including friends and for them to call me and tell me that I'm really ????sad...2020 and 2021 has been so hard for me and now

My dog loves the place. Literally. Super happy whenever I take him there. Clearly he doesn't recognize the prices or pay the bill, but he is a happy dog when he visits.

Pup had her orientation recently to see if she does well with others. She passed ????. She was a bit shy at first but then opened up and had a great time playing with her new buddies. Large space for them to play. Live stream cameras to watch them play. Have already made reservations for boarding on an upcoming trip. She was exhausted when she got home. Added bonus of pick up and drop off.

They have lots of space and fun activities for your dog. They can also do door pickup. It's great!

So, it started out with me reaching out to them to make a boarding reservation for my 11 months old puppy for June 19th, 20th and pick up on the 22nd. They said I will have to bring Simba ( my puppy) one of the days before the boarding so they could see how he’s doing( for his orientation) . Also, Simba isn’t neutered as yet so on the call I was like is it necessary because Simba is going to be seperated from all the other dogs anyway ( because their BS policy states that unneutered dogs cannot play with other dogs.) And during the initial call they never said he was going to be in a kennel the whole time.. they just said seperated( which I thought was in an open space.) so I said I ll be able to come on Tuesday for his orientation and they said okay. On the day I went to drop him off. They took him from outside because of COVID-19. And I dint really see the establishment from inside. And that’s it, I came back home. After my fiancé picks him up from there. I get a call saying..I forgot to say that there’s a charge for this day, should I go ahead and charge your card on file? And I was like you guys dint mention anything about the charge on the day I called, you guys dint say anything when I dropped him nor when my fiancé picked him up. If this was the case I would never waste your time and mine and not go ahead with this. So she was like I will speak to my manager and get back to you. I was like yes sure. I never got the call back but within 15 mins my card was charged and then they never picked up my call. Ughh.

The most patronizing customer service experience I have ever had, even after they learned that our dog was possibly hurt while staying there. We boarded our dog here over the weekend, and called on Sunday morning to see how she was doing. Initially, the only response was, "I haven't heard anything." After calling back to get a better response, it was that she was doing fine, and if something had happened they would have e-mailed us. After picking her up that day, she was visibly limping on her way to the car. I returned inside, and they said she had been laying down all day, which they should have known was highly unusual. Again, the employee brought up the e-mails, asking if I had received any, as if an e-mail is an appropriate notification for a pet being hurt, or that he hadn't just told me 6 hours prior that she was doing fine. This entire experience was unacceptable, and them showing even the smallest amount of sympathy or empathy would have gone a long way.

I bring my yellow lab there for daycare, boarding and grooming and it's been an overall great experience. The staff is great and the place is huge and really clean. He did get a cut on his face one time from playing and I had to take him to the vet. But he's got some cuts and scrapes at the dog park with me on occasion, so that stuff just comes with owning a dog and taking him out of the house - especially my dog!

My cat has not been the same since she returned after 6 nights here. No signs of abuse but I think they literally kept her in a cage the whole time with no play time or interaction with her. Like solitary confinement. I should have left her at home. She has lost her playful energy and seems completely aloof. Not even responding to her name or following me around like usual. It’s like she is different cat. Feeling awful about this.

I also called them to call me back for advice on my poor kitty’s mental state and they never did.

We've been bringing our dog here for daycare for 6 months and so far everything is great! The place is very clean and the staff super friendly which are the 2 most important things to us. The huge outdoor space is an added bonus and I feel good knowing he's getting sun and fresh air while I'm at work. The other customers we've interacted with in the lobby are nice and all seem to love the service too.

Tried to board my dog here and during their “evaluation” they openly told me they put him in a room alone and then locked him in a cage after I had explained that he had an issue with a past place because they kept him in a cage for hours. I called 1 hour Into the eval and was told he was fine and doing well, got a call shortly after that to come pick him up. When I got there I was told he was “aggressively” looking at the employees and kept barking. YOU LOCKED HIM UP AND LEFT HIM ALONE!!! Yes he’s going to look to see who is coming and bark to be let out. I had to go in the back where the cages where to find mop buckets and cleaning supplies which were nice to see but then saw bleach easily accessible to the dogs. Worst part is either they lied when I called or they lied when I got. Can’t be trusted and dont actually care about animals.

Our 8 month old 34LB Australian Labradoodle had her temperament /orientation visit here and she had the time of her life! Jessica was so friendly and made us feel great about leaving her there! We will definitely be bringing our pup back when we have the need for doggie daycare or boarding.

My dog is afraid of his own shadow, literally. And on our first day he was SO scared of walking in. On his first day, they were like "He acted like he's been here his whole life" i almost didn't believe it. We just brought him back today, and I'm watching him on their web cams, and Willie is a different dog there. Playing roaming around, and looks so comfortable. He has a tendency to be fearful of men, he's literally snuggled up with one of the guys on the web cam here. It is literally like a different dog. We just moved to Jersey City from ATL, where he literally loved his daycare. It was so hard to leave. We are Soooo grateful we found this place. Thanks, guys!

Called this place because they promote in their website the idea that unneutered dogs are welcomed in a nice environment. However, upon calling I was informed my dog would stay in a kennel and will be taken out at the times schedule for play time which we will pay extra for. Don't get me wrong, I would happily pay extra for play time for my dog, but defitnetly not under the conditions they are offering where the majority of the time my puppy will be trapped in a box. I even offered paying for the price of one of the rooms for boarding even if he doesn't stay the whole day, but they rejected that. So my problem is with their advertisement in their website. Not a good place to leave your unneutered puppy for day care.
