I was extremely disappointed that when my daughter in law was having a horrible emergency, they wouldn't see her poor pup, who had been hit by a car, and the pup passed away without help from these heartless people

A bit pricey, like to try to talk you into what they think your pet needs. Sadly, Other than the cats, they haven't been of much help. Brenda is a wonderful person, and a good vet. I almost wish she totally ran the place. Alas, she is only 1 person. Even still, they spayed my girls, and did a great job.

Always has the best interest in my pup & horses . Take my concerns seriously & recommend options for care. Best place ever.

The staff is always so accommodating and helpful! I wouldn't trust my girls to anyone else! They love each member like family and always keep your pet's integrity and your budget in mind too. We will never go anywhere else!

Great people here: 5 stars - human perspective. However, I'm fairly certain my dog & cats are not thrilled with this place, but what dog & cat loves to go to the vet?!

They helped me through the process of losing my dog ...made it so I was completely comfortable and so was my fur baby. So much respect for the staff here thank u....

This is the worst vet I have ever encountered.. I take my dogs to get check-up everytime they need it.. I recommend them to my sister who had a cat. They charged her 500 just to tell her. Her cat died. These are not dollar signs, these are family members. They just act like they are not important they are very very rude. I call to get a flee pill for my dog who is caught up on all shots and not unhealthy and they refuse unless I pay another 50.00 per dog for the appointment and another 50 for flee pills needless to say after 1 year I have had enough of these vets

So far they seem like a really great vet. They aren't pushy about food brands or anything, are very kind, offer good suggestions, answer any questions. Been with them years now and moving cities didn't get me to change my vet, love them here.

They let me bring my Brenden for an emergency, when my own vet gave me bad advice and said see how he does durning the night. So thankful for them trying to help my Brenden even though he ended up passing away They were caring, compassionate and went above and beyond!????

Love the staff here at Herkimer Vet Associates. They are genuine in their care and concern of my fur "baby", an 11½ yr old Maltese, with some medical issues. Dr. Armstrong is great when explaining his disease processes and labs as are Drs. Landin and Greene. The Techs and Desk staff are friendly, professional and helpful and don't hold my pup's crankiness against him. ???? Veronica
