Dr. Modi was A-MA-ZING!!! I was so impressed by her pre-exam phone call asking and inquiring about Lola. She immediately called me when finished and came up with a plan to help get to the bottom of Lola’s allergies. I was also impressed that Dr. Modi sat with Lola after a reaction from her rabies vaccination. All these little things confirmed that I made the right decision switching Lola to Greenwich Animal Hospital. Dee also deserves a shout out! She was the first to notice that Lola got sick after her rabies vaccine. She immediately brought Lola back in and reassured me that she would be ok! Thank you ????

I just came back from the vet and I had an amazing experience. Even under these circumstances that the whole world is facing right now Greenwich Animal Hospital really makes sure that your pet is healthy and safe. Greenwich Animal Hospital has implemented new health safety rules so that I am safe and also that my dog is safe. Special thanks to Sara!!!

This was my first time bringing my dog to Greenwich Animal Hospital. Their instructions were very clear and easy to follow - text upon arrival, they pick your pet up from your car, cell phone calls before, during and after the visit with the vet and staff were very reassuring, safe delivery back to the car. Very safe and efficient process.

Never went here because they didn’t give my guinea pig a chance, she just needed check up and antibiotics but instead she referred us back to south wilton vet. Saw good reviews them treating guinea pigs but mine they can’t even see. Very disappointed I trust their small animal doc but didn’t want to see mine

Our dog was having a reaction to a vaccine - dehydration - vomiting and more - the Dr was incredibly responsive - honest - and provided an outcome without a littany of tests knowing that we could go there if the initial protocols didn’t work - our dog turned around within hours - great experience - confirmed why GAH are our vets!

I've been coming to this Animal Hospital for about 5 years and with two dogs. I've probably spent close to $5k+ over the last 5 years, so its safe to say I'm a good customer. Since the pandemic started in March, Greenwich Animal Hospital has changed their business dramatically (which at first was totally fine and expected).7 months later, Im still not allowed to come in the building with my dogs (essentially my kids) and be in the room with the vet while they examine (my dog, me and the vet). They say this is for "safety reasons, to protect staff and customer" but we all know that isn't true, because doctor offices, dentists, barbers, schools etc all allow close proximity/provide same service, BUT you wear a mask, no problem. Sadly Greenwich Animal Hospital hates its customers so much they are now using it as an excuse to enforce a policy to not allow customers in with their pets. EVEN when the pets are known to be VERY nervous and scared. When I called to ask about it today (10.24.20) the tone of the gentleman on the other end was ANGRY, ANNOYED, and FRUSTRATED, simply because I questioned their policy and reasoning. I was told they are "following state guidelines", but that's a blatant lie after the gentleman quickly retreated to other reasons. After researching for myself I found there to be no current CT guideline on animal hospitals allowing owners in with their pets. Also my wife works at a hospital, a hospital with people who have covid, and with normal guidance can still operate business as usual, BUT you must wear a mask when you go in. I was also told "we are private business and can do whatever we want". Which is totally true, its just sad that they cant have compassion, think outside the box, and make exceptions for some of their loyal, long term customers. They WILL loose money with this policy, which is a fact, since I'm not alone, and will place my money somewhere else in the area.

I can not say enough positive things about GAH. From Sara and Dee at the front desk, to the vet techs, to all of the doctors - they are fantastic in dealing with my dog and his neurotic mother who calls all the time with questions. :) I highly recommend taking your fur babies to see them.

I took my dog here for a number of years while I was living in the area; Dr. Kramer and the group are AMAZINGLY attentive and always available. I wish I could have taken them with me when I moved.

GAH has cared for 8 dogs in my family over the past 42 years. Doctors and staff are knowledgable and more importantly they truly care about your pet. Facility is always clean and up to date. Wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

As soon as I walk through the door I was greeted by the girls behind a desk. It was nice to see your smiling face that was trying to help my dog Vokey. The vet was amazing, she got on the floor which I’ve never seen before buyer as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the girls behind the desk. It was nice to see your smiling face that was trying to help my dog Vokey. The vet was amazing, she got on the floor which I’ve never seen before buy a VET She Was very accommodating and thorough through the whole examination. That made me very calm knowing my dog was in great hands that loved her as much as I love her. I can only get five stars but if there was one where I can give 100 stars they would get 100

Absolutely the worst. Appointments mean nothing. After leaving work early so that I could be on time I was left waiting over 1/2 hour being told they were behind and weren’t sure when I would be taken. Since this was my 2nd visit with a new puppy I explained that they were not very impressive. No one really seemed concerned or cared—waiting room was empty so this was very perplexing. I asked for all my papers back so that I could find another vet and instead of trying to be helpful- they printed out my paperwork. Very unprofessional to say the least.

So happy that they treat my daughters 3 Guinea Pigs ....which is a super plus. The staff and the Veterinarian that have treated them are all super wonderful caring people. So happy that we dont have to go out of state or wilton ct to have them treated and their prices are more affordable too. Glad my daughter found them .....

The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and very nice to our rambunctious English bulldog; the doctors take their time to explain their diagnosis and treatment. The fees are fair. We were very nervous about our pet's neuter because of the risk for Bulldogs with anesthesia, they were understanding, took great precautions and our sweet mister is recovering perfectly.

As posted elsewhere: Best. Vets. Ever. Thank you Dr Kramer and Dr Hiller for taking such good care of Banjo and Jeannie. Can't say enough good things about both of you and the entire staff.

WONDERFUL vets! we had to have our 18 year old cat put down and they made it as easy as possible for us and our cat - very caring and loving. We got 2 kittens, and they are being taken care of beautifully by the staff and doctors.
