Empire Puppies Flushing, New York

We have purchased a French Bulldog from Empire Puppies about 8 years ago. We must said, this puppy is healthy and very smart. It didn’t take us a long time to train him. We remembered how professional and knowledgeable those staffs are in the shop. They provided us so much information for a first time owner. We are thinking getting him a companion these days, will definitely come to you guys.

I stopped in yesterday to see the puppies available, I called a friend that’s an expert and she said they weren’t being honest about how old the dogs were. They were too big to be the age stated. The was professional but not too friendly and a bit overpriced

The people working there were Very nice and Organized. I purchased 2 Yorkie puppies. Puppies were healthy and priced good

My dog ???? passed away but I didn't know a puppy cost so much.. I have to say they have the most beautiful puppies I seen

Don't trust this store they do the bait and switch!!! Advertised prices online but when you get to the store that dog doesn't exist then They try to charge more than double the advertised price

I bought my Shiba-Inu puppy from this store. It was very clean inside and the employees were very professional. They provided tips and helped a lot. The puppy is very health and nothing is wrong with her.

We bought a Cockalier and she was not trained at all. No manners. Multiple health issues. We could tell she was not fully cared for under Empire puppies. Not groomed at all grown out fur. Dirty infected ears. We are now giving her the best home she could live in and given so much love. She is very affectionate. All the other puppies looked uncared for as well. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Please don’t waste your time with this pet shop. Unprofessional and a waste of my time. Overprice and owners need help!

Called and no one got back to me

They literally have nothing but expensive puppies who look like they get no attention what so ever and not enough pet supplies or support smh

I called here a few weeks ago asking what kind of puppies are available and if I’m able to do a walk in and the man that answered told me I need to know which dog I want from their website and when I asked the pricing he only gave me a range and when I said can I come see them he said “ No , only serious inquiries only” so I HAD to buy a dog there even if there wasn’t one that I specifically wanted. Not professional at all and pricing was insane, 2,800-3,500 nah that’s crazy

I called and was told that I need to pick a dog from the website and no appointment unless I choose one. Rude. And the fact that these puppies need a home noone should be turning people away. Very RUDE DO NOT BuY FROM HERE.

Prices are Ridiculous and I saw a German Sherperd Pup Aged 5 months with mange around his eyes for $4200 with tax Ridiculous!!!

My niece was diagnosed with last Asperger's last month, and to lighten up the mood in the house, we settled for an Pomsky from Empire Puppies. I scheduled an appointment (due to the pandemic) and I brought my niece and daughter to pick the puppy they want. The employees were extremely patient with the two children and let them play with the puppies before coming to a conclusion. We picked up the puppy (Milo) last week and he's been very sweet and gentle with the two girls. We are thankful for sweet baby Milo and may God bless you guys!

Hi just want it to thank u guys from bottom my heart. I bought Doberman pinscher from u guys 12 yrs ago. I named him Bruno. He just passed away yesterday. Infact today his 12th birthday. It was just pleasure having him. Never got sick, perfect dog and companion until his last day. If u guys have his bloodline available I will like to get one more from u guys. He was Red Doberman. Weighs 112 lbs. Please do post on ur website. I will like to get another one. I really miss him. Thank u..

We purchased a beautiful, male Shih- Chon four years ago. He has been a treasure!!! The staff and puppies are superb. We are considering purchasing again, and by far, this is the only place I would go to. They are extremely knowledgeable in crate training, feeding, etc.

They let you see puppies physically (you can touch them) even the ones that aren't ready for adoption. They know what they are dealing with and explain it to you very well. It's a pleasant experience.

Horrible service. I called asking about the price of the puppies and they never gave me an exact price, just a price range which is something I couldn't really go off of. I also wanted to mention that towards the end of the call, the person I was speaking to told me to call him when I know the puppy I want. I was just asking questions about certain puppies and their pricing and he seemed tired of it. It would of been easier if they have just answered my email instead of advising that I call them which didn't make anything better.

Went in to see some puppies and they immediately snapped at me while I was browsing through the puppies. Extremely bad service don't bother buying a puppy from them.

Coming from someone who was extremely firm on rescues, after having a difficult quarter of countless rescue events and puppies being first come first serve and no luck, Empire Puppies gave me the experience and bedside manner I needed. I took home my Claude (Yorkiepoo). I will say that the price online was much less than what was presented in store, but I honestly cannot put a price on how he’s filled our hearts at home. He has a personality like none I’ve ever met before. If we cannot find another fur baby via adoption, I’m 100% going to consider homing another Empire puppy. Considerations: I would’ve liked a follow up from the shop asking if he’s okay/ adjusting well- not necessary but that’s how you create lifers/ build rapport. They should be in possession of the rabies tag versus the hospital they’re affiliated with. Update website- photos, prices, descriptions. First two photos were taken within the first month that we got him (10/2018) The last photo was this past weekend (01/2020)
