Adopted a rescue siamese kitten and followed the behavioral development plan. One year later she is doing well and behaves like a normal cat. Great place to visit with your kids as well.

Thank you for helping us find some new fur babies. My daughter is so happy. She loves her two kittens. Leslie did an amazing job and we just love these two little sweethearts.

Currently been in the parking lot for over 30 minutes waiting for them to come grab my cat. Then when I did everything online, it said what I was paying included the vaccines but I get here and it’s a whole different story and now I have to pay extra for the vaccine, which they never told me would have to be done. I do not recommend coming here. I would never again use this place. It’s horrible customer service all together!!!!

As much as I wanted to leave a good review I can’t. I saw a kitten we wanted to adopt online & called to confirm she was still there. I was told she wasn’t adopted so I drove all the way across town with my 10 yr old daughter. When We arrived I was told the kitten was adopted. I couldn’t understand it because I had just called an hour prior. My daughter was literally in tears. Not a good experience for us at all.

We adopted our new family member from Lollypop. He is the best dog and we are already so in love. Lollypop’s organization is amazing and the process was very thorough and comforting. They do a great job of making sure you are a good fit for your pet. They also take the time to explain advice and input from the behavior team. As a kid, I grew up with dogs, but this is MY first dog on my own as an adult. Now at 30 years old, I can tell you this will not be my last adoption from here. We are so lucky to have Lollypop farm in our community. Thank you for everything your organization does! We can’t thank you enough for our new best friend.

Customer service is super awful, they just kept staring at us and continuing on with their conversations. Took 5 minutes to acknowledge us when we walked in the building even though we were the only ones there. RUDE and then when we wanted to inquire about a dog they kept glancing at us but had us wait for an additional 20 minutes. Smh

Was told that my dog had a heart murmur grade 3-4/6 when she went in for a spay. I asked to speak to a doctor and the 3 times I talked to someone that day it was a tech. She was extremely nice but she didn't personally hear the murmur. I had an apt with my own vet today and 2 doctors listened and didn't hear anything. Whether they misheard or charted on the wrong dog, a second listen and a conversation with the doctor would've been best practice instead of nonchalantly giving someone news in an EMAIL about an alleged heart condition.

I just adopted a wonderful girl named Winnie! Our family's dog just crossed the Rainbow Bridge(Johnny-a Golden) and I found Winnie online, scheduled an appointment, and the rest is history. Winnie is a white 47 lb. 4 1/2 yr old doll. Lollipop Farm is a wonderful place. Please go there and adopt. All of these animals deserve loving homes to live out their days, whether they're young or senior. And you will have a new best friend who loves you unconditionally!

I had an appointment made to visit the agency to adopt a small animal. Upon arrival a woman came out and told us she was sorry but someone had just adopted them and it's first come first serve. My daughter was crushed and I wasted half my day to make that appointment just to be told someone else beat us to them and it's first come first serve. Had I known that I would have made the appointment for first thing in the morning so this did not happen. Im very dissatisfied with the way I was treated and I don't see a point in making an appointment when it's first come first serve. Had I known it was first come first serve I would have been there this morning instead of the time they gave me to show up. I'm extremely disappointed and didn't think adoption agencies operated like this and I will definitely not be setting up anymore appointments to bring my daughter to so she can leave in tears again. Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my daughter's day lollypop farm. so in order to adopt an animal we have to make an appointment and then hope the animal that we wish to adopt is still there? I guess it would have been different if you guys hadn't called me 3 times and emailed me twice thorughout the day to make sure I was going to keep my appointment and then when I show up tell me the animals I made the appointment to see where not even there. I guess I felt like I was on the bad end of a prank, you guys even called me on my way there to see if I was coming LoL oh well at least now I know how you guys oprerate.

We had an appointment and they took us right in on time. The staff is amazing. Everyone cares about their job. They genuinely care about the animals. They do their best job to try to match the animals with the customer. We found about three cats that were of interest. The best cat for us was matched perfectly. She loves us and we love her. Very happy

I adopted Ali Saturday the 15th august. After loosing both my elderly kitties this summer 60 days apart. I didn’t want to adopt anymore. My kitties were 15 and 17 years old both from lollipop. Anyway I adopted Ali and Wednesday was very concerned called lollipop about X-rays taken. They asked me to bring in i did. Re took X-rays. She’s fine JANE. What a wonderful person explained all things reassuring manor. Wonderful place. Donating I see all the animals dropped off. One person brought 8 cats in. They never refuse. They work hard and compassion is obvious. God bless this organization. Sue wood

Many years ago I worked here when Ray Naramore ran the place and it was located out in Henrietta (if I recall correctly). I handled investigations and several other things as well. The workers were great, they loved the animals, took good care of them . . . and everyone hated the way the animals were killed when they couldn't be placed. They'd stuff the animals (dogs and cats) into a cage, roll the cage into a large heavy steel chamber, and then pump the air out of the chamber. The dogs and cats would frantically try to get out as the air and air pressure dropped, blood vessels in their lungs and airways would burst spraying blood all around the chamber and the animals would defecate leaving a bloody mess to be cleaned up after the dead animals were dumped out of the cage. None of us liked this part of the job and most of us adopted unwanted pets just to prevent them from being destroyed. Kill shelters are not pretty places, friends; I hope Lollypop Farm has adopted more humane ways of destroying these pets. Better yet, before you get a pet, make absolutely certain you're able to properly care for it so your pet doesn't end up in a kill shelter somewhere.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in to adopt a dog and when I went in with my family I noticed that a couple of dogs were trying to get the volunteers attention to use the bathroom and the poor things peed all over themselves and were forced to sit in their own urine. It doesn’t end there. I went to see if we could see a dog that looked highly depressed. She just wanted attention and you could see how sad she was. I filled out the paperwork to meet her to make sure she got along with my daughter. The lady said “That dog can’t go home with you because your child is not 14 years old.” (She’s 8) so I said kindly okay well could we see another dog and she looked me in the eyes and said “no because it stresses them out and they’re waiting to meet real adopters.” I will never give my business to this place. I had cash on me to adopt and the lady treated me as if I was only there to look at animals. Completely unprofessional and the dogs looked depressed. My daughter is completely disappointed as we were looking forward to adding to our small family. I will give my business to another place that is more professional and respectful.

I have adopted many animals from them. It is always clean and inviting. There is no better way to adopt a new family member.

It was terrible for my granddaughter. She sat on the sidewalk and cried because she could not see the dogs and cats. She cried and cried. My wife's blouse was wet with years. This is not posted that you could not see them.

I adopted a kitten from here and I just want my money back!!. I've never had a kitten so scared to even come out. Wherever they rescue some of these cats from and whatever they do to them afterwards makes them petrified.
