Let me start by saying that our / Frankie's cat had not been doing well for a while. We will woke up that morning and it was obvious that he had taken a turn for the worse and he was just suffering. I called all over trying to get some help including the vet that comes to your house was inundated with calls that day, the humane society, left message, they called the next day. I called Dr. Drumm's office (wish I knew I spoke to, kind of a blur) But they got us in, they were absolutely wonderful, I felt like this staff was the way ALL staff should be no matter what kind of office you go to. Big thank you for their compassion, their help, just overall treatment during this awful time. Words will never be enough.

Staff here goes above and beyond to help. They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy that I chose this location. Definitely deserve 5 star rating.

It breaks my heart writing this review but I know my mom will not do the same, and it needs to be said. Yesterday my mom and I took her cat to be euthanized. She found out last week that he has a large mass in his stomach and Dr. Amanda said there wasn't anything that could be done, and it could end up bursting. When we went yesterday, the vet that was on was one neither of us were familiar with. She did not read the chart before coming into the room so when she came in and asked what we were there for, my mom had to tell her. The vet then proceeded to tell us that she'd seen a cat like that before and it ended up being something operable and the cat was fine blah blah. She said "well, I suppose it could rupture" which was not reassuring, or affirmative information at all. We stuck to the plan because we didn't want to risk anything happening to the cat, and the vet should have known why we were there in the first place. The vet gave him the first shot to relax him, which he 100% did not need as he was extremely relaxed anyways, he was basically not with us at that point, that's how relaxed he was. We then proceeded to say our goodbyes for I would say about 30 minutes before she came back to do the IV. Both the vet and the vet tech were extremely impersonable during the experience. I wish I knew the name of the blonde vet tech who helped us carry him back out and wrapped him up nicely for us, because she was the ONLY good part of yesterday.

Good service. I wasn't able to go to my regular vet and had to go to Drumm. They treated me very well like I was one of their own clients.

Saved our cat Tanner' s life. Now take amazing care of both our cats Tanner & Tucker.

Left another vet because the front staff were rude and the doctors were constantly selling me unnecessary meds and procedures. This place is no different. When I told them I can't afford $1200 out of pocket they say get a credit card????

I like them alot have been using them for years after my longtime vet retired. They don't push unnecessary services like others have and they give you honest answers and offer choices.

Fantastic people. Hard working and animal loving.

We have come here for a long time and they always help us out. Not the most social staff but they get the job done. It was very nice of them to send their condolences to my family over our recent loss. They have been seeing our pets for years and are very good to us when the bill comes too! We will be back

This was a very good hospital. People are very caring and helpful. I walked in and had service right away. The person who was especially nice and helpful was Casey Rowen. She was nice and so kind to my pet. My pet is now excited to go to the vets office every time I tell her we are going. She jumps in the car right away and is excited to go see my mommy.

Always a pleasure coming here. Customer service and vet knowledge are both top notch.

We are so pleased with Drumm veterinary. Our Lucy had an almost certainly life ending emergency. She was seen quickly any professionally by staff at Dr. DRUMM'S. Today she is fine thanks to their care. I cannot commend them more! Our sincere thanks!

I really like them. We have 2 greyhounds that are our children. All staff where polite and professional even when my one dog walker was a little difficult with receiving vaccines, they all handled it very well. I had a harder time then my dog did and I'm not the one getting vaccines haha. Thank you.

I have been going here with my mom since I was a little girl I'm now 70 years old I bring my three fur babies and I trust them to dr. Carol she rocks

The staff was great! We are visiting family this weekend. On our trip down our poor puppy fell and over extended one of her front legs. They got us right in, didn't charge obscene emergency rates and were very compassionate with our precious girl. They even gave her a complimentary nail trim. I hope we never have an issue like this again, but its nice to know that when something scary happens.... There are people out there that care and are willing to help like the lovely people at Drumm Veterinarian Hospital.

The staff was very accommodating when I needed a special schedule. Pets have always been given very good care.

Been bringing my pets here for years. Sometimes the wait is long, but overall they are fair, reasonably priced and do a good job.

Wonderful, kind, honest people. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my pups.
