Complete rip off. Tried to take advantage of a friend of mine. Was quoted a price for a dog grooming than she wanted to increase it to 100 dollars without confirming with us first. She blamed her staff for “not informing us”. Mind you my family has brought our dogs to her for years and I was bringing her more business and she did this to me. Total rip off and the place smells and is dirty.

This place is a rip off! They charged me $300 to shave the belly’s of my 2 cats! $300! Willow Pet would charge me only $23! I would have went there but they stopped doing cat grooming. They also gave both of my cats bald spots on the sides where they could have tried brushing out the knots instead. I wish I would have known how much it was going to cost. I would have NEVER brought them there.
