Bought a bunny and habitat yesterday for $222.45 and they double charged my card!! Wiped out my checking account to the point I can’t buy groceries!

Please do not buy from here. The amount of dogs that have diseases because of unethical breeding and handling is outrageous. And despite what they so desperately preach these dogs are in fact from puppy mills. One quick google search will prove it. While the staff is nice here they are literally just kids looking for a paycheck they don’t know the proper care for these dogs just what the company tells them to say. Please find a rescue or even some of the breeders around here are a million times better than this disgusting place.

If you would like an unethically bred dog, with no health testing, at an outrageous price, this is the place for you! PetLand can claim they do not support puppy mills, however the reality of the situation is not a single ethical breeder that provides health testing and proven parents would ever so business with an organization like this.

They were very helpful with all the questions I had and spent time going over everything with me. Staff were friendly and didn't try to push any products or supplies for me to buy.

Love going to this place for Cichlids! Big shout out to Shalini and Kenzie! They are the best! They have great customer service skills and one of the reasons I go there even though they are an hour away from me.

Great place, and when you buy your puppy here,they will cut their toenails for free!!

Went there to find a dog..everyone was at lunch at the same time lol and their prices are ridiculous..3,000$$ for a dog??

This place has beautiful puppy's yes BUT the prices for them are outragious!! 8500.00 for a puppy??? Who can afford that? At that price I don't know how they even sell....

I meant to give one star . Place smells and a mess. Fish are very small . There was like dead fish in 80 percent of all his tanks . Tanks not that clean. Seen a lot of fish disease there. On my scale of one to ten I choose one. Place is a dive beware.

They're still selling puppies and it's illegal in NYS. Gross.

All the puppies where entertaining it must have been play time.there was a girl brushing them all so they where looking their best...there where at leat 15 different types of dog.also there where ferrets ,bunnies, hampsters, budgies a cockatiel...multiple types of fish..even some that glow????

All the puppies look horrendously depressed and they keep many small animals in the same enclosure with 1 wheel and hide to share. This place exploits animals for profit and should be avoided.

Although I did not get it pet from here this is a very clean well managed Always have a great selection of pets dogs rabbits and more If you want a new or 1st time pet definitely recommend this place

Got my daughter a french bulldog earlier today it was a very great experience the staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful evey step of the way my only wish was i remembered the employees names working today 7/12/21 to give them the shout out they deserve

Extremely overpriced puppies. Go to a shelter or reputable breeder for what you want. They probably get all their animals from mills.

No one new the price of the pets how do you not know the price of your animals

Clean and pets look not neglected. Staff willing to help. A little pricy, but considering the animals are cared for, a little expected.

My family recently lost our beloved Yorkie, a few month’s ago. We’re a military family and our children really felt heartbroken moving and knowing without our pet. We called to inquire about pricing we where told We would need to make an appointment to visit with the dog before we were given any pricing information, we were prepared to spend top dollar for a yorkie Which would be around $2,500. We visited with the puppy her nose was running and she smelled extremely soiled, her eyes where all crushed. Despite that of course my girls fell in love with her, we told them yes We would be getting her! We asked for the paperwork and when they finally revealed the price she was $7000!!! If we’d like a payment plan over $8,000! I was in total shock!I asked what was the explanation for the dog being triple the price,They said because they have the breeders inspected on three different occasions.. My girls left heartbroken and in tears. It was a awful experience and should be illegal to charge such outrageous prices.

Please go to a rescue instead of buying puppies from here. Overpriced and from puppy mills. Way better options out there!!

The hamster that I bought there died within 2 weeks... everytime I buy fish there, they have ick and die. Cute to look at the dogs but nothing else. Better off at literally any other pet store.
