Very friendly young lady working here, I phoned ahead to find out if they were still offering self wash because the "big box" store I went to initially-Petsmart, decided to be jerks and close their dogwash 45 minutes early. Desiree had everything setup and waiting when we arrived and was very pleasant to chat with. Petsmart in Madison Square has lost a customer forever, as I will be coming back to Muddy Paws for every bath with my new puppy, Admiral Data, and my cats too, and will tell every other pet parent I know to go there.

Great selection of allergy friendly treats and shampoos, friendly staff, Tasha will special order anything that's not currently stocked.

I love Muddy Paws. They are my local go to to get everything I need to care for both my dog and cat. The owner and employees are very conscientious and the products in the store reflect that. If you have any worries or concerns about any products, they will research it to make sure you are getting the best for your pet! They care. Highly recommended.

It's a small store, but they carry a lot of products. The staff or owner or whoever was helping me was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

We used to love this place! Cute little spot with really unique items. However a bit over priced. The great thing about this place though is that they offer self service dog wash! Not many if none of them really offer this unique service. It really came in handy this last visit. I just wish they would reassess their prices.

Nothing like a great conversationalist w an awesome sense of humour, and wide eclectic range of knowledge oh, yeah, the store......good selection of high quality - minimally messed with - animal food & treats which is tough to find, along w a knowledgeable shop owner, to dispense good advice on pet food needs

Honestly, I would give them a 4 or 5 start review but I just popped by during their posted business hours and it's closed (10:30a on a Monday). This is at least the third, if not fourth, time that this has happened and it's frustrating. Otherwise they're friendly, for the most part, and it's a fine pet store for the area. Updated 4/21/18 - It’s 10:15a on a Sat and no one is there...

Super sweet staff and the cutest dog you've ever seen behind the counter! Have to reccomend this place, they even give you free treats for your pooch or kitty!!!

Love this place. The staff is not only knowledgeable but super friendly as well, in hipster town. It is just a rare gem.

Went here for a cat/kitten adoption event. The store itself is small, the adoption event is held outside in a tent with heaters. Seemed nice and well put together.

Amazing place, knowledgeable (and sweet) staff, and great self-dog wash. It's just the basics for the dog wash, but that's all I really need. I always come here for treats and food too since they have a great selection of quality products, and staff that's always ready to give a recommendation (and sample/treat for my pup).
