I have been going to Lucy's lucky dog for many years. Now my niece is taking her yorkie .yesterday she came home with alittle bruise by her eye.and her tail was not groomed the way they normally do. My niece is a little unhappy with it.

The grooming is okay. But the gentleman in the front that checks in the dogs, needs to work on his communication with customers. There was an issue with the handling and I ended up being charged twice for the services done for my dog. I went back to the shop to explain it to them along with proof from my bank stating that there were two transactions done, he took no responsibility and said “that’s not our problem” and constantly kept interrupting me not letting me get a word in. I never got my money back and when I tried to dispute it, the bank asked for a statement from the business and they declined. They’re thieves with mediocre grooming! Go somewhere else

I’m highly annoyed that Lucky Lucy is high jacking prices due to COVID-19.. so I lowered the star from 5 to 4.. I have been a customer for more than 18 yrs n two dogs later. 90% of the time .. they do excellent hair cuts for my Zeppolino.. we recommend them highly. Say Zeppolino sent u.

Best groomer experience in Brooklyn! My dog is always looking and smelling amazing every single time. They also make sure your dog is up to date on all their shots so it puts my mind at ease in that respect.

Took us a year to find a good groomer in Brooklyn and am so glad we did. The first time EVER a groomer has done exactly what we wanted, and with a super short convo about it which is very impressive. They clearly love animals here. They only do walk ins so best to get there early am.

Took my 10 year old baby for a grooming and they did such an amazing job on him, he looks really good and nicely groomed. The people here were super friendly and nice, they gave awesome service! I highly recommend them!

Another great dog grooming experience. Honestly, after years of taking my pooch to this groomer, I won't take my pooch anywhere else. His haircut always comes out amazing & the employees are amazing with him. Love this spot!

Great PLACE to take your friend, they are awesome!! Even LilyRose (dogs name) like them! The staff is very friendly, not only to you but your dog as well. The service is really good, I really got MORE for my dollar than at other places. Will comeback again.
