Such nice, friendly staff!! They were able to take me last minute and were so good with my scared, shaky dog. Did a great grooming job as well!

I took my dog there, and they were really rude!!! They started pulling my baby so hard and did not even care! My furry baby was so stressed and we ended up taking him home!! DO NOT GO THEREEE!!!!!

Best place around! I been in the area for several years but this place beats them all.My Bella has never had such a perfect cut I’m truly happy with the results. The staff are very welcoming and got my pup in the same day. We are definitely going back!

I love how nice the Groomers were and my pup felt right at home.

They were gentle with my 15 year old boy, he came out looking fresh and not too stressed, plus they were actually open when all other groomers around were closed (quarantine). Will recommend!

I’ve been searching for a dog groomer who takes pride and care in providing great service. Gentle Touch has been just that! They are accommodating, friendly and they did an amazing job to make my lil buddy look great!

My dog had been going there for a while, the price that they charge you think they would include what was initially provided to the dog since dog has history there. I will never take my dog over there ever again. The lady claimed the dog was matted and it wasn't true because dog is always brushed by me or my husband. Then it was kind of weird that I showed her pic of what I wanted and she did her own thing. And dog look pathetic with a very short face hair. Really disappointed. Dog came home dragging butt and called to asked if anal gland was addressed the lady claimed that they didn't since I don't asked. So I paid all this money for me to tell them how to service my dog. It's beyond ridiculous. Will find another groomer. They will never see my dog ever again. Such was a learning experience for me. Never gain.

My dog really not happy about the place. He couldn't tell me what happened but he was very unhappy when I arrived home for couple of days.

Quickly got appointment......calm courteous staff......NO PROBLEMS WITH MY BABY GIRL GETTING NERVOUS OR UPSET.....Clean and odor free environment.....A VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I didn't like that the place reeked like cigarettes. My cat smelled like a cigarette when she should've smelled nice and clean after a trim and wash. I felt like I was going to throw up waiting there the whole time because of the cigarette smoke. The owners walk around w/ a cigarette in their hand on the side trying to hide it. I saw it lit and it's unhealthy for the animals and myself to breathe in that junk. I was desperate for my cat to get a trim and this place was the only one that would take her right away. I would NEVER go back because the place stinks and I hate cigarette smoke. It's actually illegal to smoke indoors in businesses. The wash and trim done by the groomer was good. She was very gentle with my animal, she was very kind and even groomed my cat where I could see her, so my cat wouldn't be scared. It's even and neat, but the place itself was disgusting. I wouldn't go back because of that!!!! Also, this place is cash only and they did not tell me this over the phone. Luckily, I had cash on me. They only told me this when the job was almost finished. I wouldn't have left my cat there alone while I went to the bank, so I'm glad I had cash on me.

My dog is difficult to work with and i have been to several groomers. The staff here is very experienced leaving me feeling that my dog was in the best care. The job that was done was nothing short of phenomenal. We will be going back from now on.

I love the way they groom my puppy but they take a long time and seem to forget one or two things every once in a while

Awesome grooming! Friendly staff! Quick to respond and efficient. I dropped off my pups for a trim and they did an amazing job. No cuts or scratches! My dogs came home happy and clean. What more can you ask for? I will be back soon!
