Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here! We took our dog here twice, once for a physical and vaccine and another time for a vaccine. We noticed she was wining and irritated and always scratching. We went today to another vet because we wanted a second opinion and not only does she have flees that she has had since the time we went for a physical but she also have very red and irritated ears. When she has the physical the doctor did not look at her ears and also did not comb her to see if there were flees unlike the new vet we went to who did all of that for a physical. We also had a stool sample done which showed she had a parasite and were given meds by this doctor, which when I called to ask the name he first refused to give, that we later found are useless to treat this type of parasite. They forced us to only buy the meds from them and told us 20$ then when I came to get them said 28$. Unprofessional doctor as well as refused to give us out money back for the lousy job done that resulted in my dog getting over 150$ worth of meds to fix because the problem wasn’t resolved sooner.

I brought my 6 month old kitten to this location to have him neutered.

Took my cat here for dental cleaning. While under the anesthesia, doctor also removed a mass of cells in her tail that two other vets didn't even mentioned to me, I knew she had a bump in her tail. I was ready to pawn my gold for this cat and walked away with $400 bill. These guys are reasonable and seems knowledgeable. We shall be back next year for some shots.

Been taking my little girl Chloe a black lab here for years she hates the vet like i hate the dentist. They are wonderful folks who care a lot, would not hesitate recommending referring friends or family such a wonderful place and the staff is very caring

The vet and groomer are very nice, I can not comment on the inside of the place as you are not allowed inside (covid protocol). When you call, depending on whom you talk to you get different answers about services offered and dates and times, maybe someone is new?

Had great experiences with both Groomers & Vets for my 5 year old English Bulldog Mimi! She caught really bad anxiety going in at first but they were so attentive,caring & gentle with her that she relaxed right away & let them do there thing. They also explained everything, gave me suggestions & had good reasonable prices! I highly recommend them based on our experience! We will definitely be returning again! Thank you ????

Terrible place, zero hygiene, groomer is mean to the animals. I only gave one star to write this, if there would be negative star i would give them that. Never ever would take any of my pets there.

They were okay. Unfortunately you have to wait outside of the building while they check.out your pet.

10 years ago dr. Brodetskiy 2222 Avenue X by neglect ( not by accident) killed my kitty Annie He put IV ,promising to supervise her overnight. Instead of this he Closed the cage, closed the business until next midday. I made a claim to the office of Professional Discipline. He even tried to lye to them He rewrote the chart saying that I took the kitty home overnight. But I have the original copies. This claim will Stay on his license Forever! At those times o shared this story everywhere: newspapers, Facebook, Pet parents. If you want to see your furry friends alive, stay away of this person! I still miss my Annie

About a week ago my poodle had a surgery ( complete tooth removal). First consultation, next day surgery. Price for both was reasonable without any surprises. Will come back if needed.(hopefully not). Staff was great. Dog is doing fine.

They have this white parrot there that's been losing feathers and his mins in the cafe for the last like 4 5 months Poor thing Evil place. Good for some stuff????????

They do a great job with my lil boy. I know my dog didn't make it easy cause he hates getting haircuts. The groomer is patient. I'm a happy customer

I called to see if they do cat nail trimming and was told yes and that I do not need an appointment. Uber’ed there the next day only to be told no cat groomers were there that day. “Our mistake” to tell you over the phone to just come in. They’ll “make a note of it.” Uber’ed home, so spent over $30 to get nothing. Will not go back.

Boarded my two monsters they always come back happy and healthy. I have boarded here for years. I love that they get to stay in the same pin and get to go outside.

Had an emergency visit, was seeing right away. Doctor was constantly on the phone with me, explaining the problems and answering all my questions without rushing. Very friendly, kind staff and professional. Will definitely use this place in the future.
