I took my dog here today and they did a great job. My puppy was in a great mood when I picked her up and didn’t seem stressed by the grooming at all. It was quick and clean and the staff is very friendly! We will definitely be back!

Super responsive and easy to communicate with, and they do a great job with our Collie/German Shepard mix - we're always really happy with the quality and attention to detail!

Will not go anywhere else. Millie has been grooming my goldendoodle puppy from his first grooming and has been every 6 weeks. They treat my dog like a king! She takes her time and follows exactly the style of the inspo photos I show her. He loves going there!!

Definitely needed to give this place a review!! Today took my 1 and a half year old Maltese/ chihuahua to get a full service bath! We arrived a little early and it was perfectly ok for my pup to go head and get checked in. After a few hours maybe 2 tops they called and said my baby was ready, I was excited to pick her up too see what she was gonna look like. They did an amazing job with her cut and a nice bath. I definitely recommend this place if you are in in the Williamsburg area for ya pet to get quality service.

My dog loves Fresh Paws Bath House. The staff is friendly and they know how to make my dog feel comfortable for his bath. He always comes out smelling good and the haircut is on point. Would definitely recommend to bring your pet here.

Took my 90lb Chesapeake bay retriever/aussie mix here this morning and everything was perfect! The three ladies working there couldn't have been sweeter. They were so good with all the dogs there, even the crazy little guys ???? They made my dog look exactly like the reference photo I gave them. He smells great and looks even better! The deshedding they did is lifesaving (for my vacuum, anyway). Long story long, would 100% recommend this place. Best price around and truly the best results. Thank you ladies!

I have been going to Fresh Paws for years and appreciate their accommodation, transparency, helpfulness, and great grooming. My dog always looks like a million bucks when she walks out!!

I took my 4 month old Shih tzu Nippy to be groomed for the first time at fresh paws today. It was an awesome experience for him and I. The ladies were so sweet and gentle with him so much that he was totally relaxed. I didn't know who to be more proud of my 4 month old Shih tzu or the groomers. They looked at his skin and told me "you're giving him chicken, aren't you?" My baby boy had yeast on his skin. Told me to give him some organic coconut oil daily and all will be well. They do such a good job..My dog is sooo cute and smells so good and is so happy. And they are so patient with my noisy little drama queen.

Took my dog here the last two times he got groomed and noticed they didn’t clean his ears. The wax/fur build up was so bad and I had to take him to the vet to get him treated for an awful infection. When I called Fresh Paws to address it, they offered no explanation and said they’d have another groomer give me a call back. Still waiting on that call. This place doesn’t seem to give a sh*t about the dogs.

Washed and brushed my matted Sheepadoodle to perfection in about 2.5 hours. Super friendly staff who gave me good advice for grooming. Cash only is a bit annoying but worth it in the end

Went for a nail trim and my dogs paws came back bleeding. Would love if that never happened

We took our long haired Dachshund here, with clear instruction on clean up on his undercarriage only. We came back with a bizarre cut, all over, had to have him shaved. His coat has never been the same. I asked for refund, no response. Melanie

My bulldog went in for a basic shampoo and 90$ later not sure what they did because 2 days later my dog got bumps all over her back and then developed dandruff, which after going to multiple other groomers has never happened. Would reccomend anywhere else.

A little pricey for a simple cut!!

I’ve already bragged about this place on yelp but the first visits are usually awesome as they’re trying to WOW you and afterwards the service goes downhill. However, This is my second time taking my peke/beagle and maltipoo pups to fresh paws and both experiences have been extraordinary. I love that they offer self services (which I have used as well) and the pups are not caged. The ladies at fresh paws are phenomenal and they genuinely love their job. They go above and beyond which is rare. Fresh paws have two loyal customers here!

I left work early to get my dogs to their 6:30 appointment but was running a bit late. I called to give Fresh Paws a heads up that I’d be 10-15 minutes late and was told that would be another 45 to 50 minutes of grooming because every minute counts and they wouldn’t have time after all. I’ve always taken my dogs here but have seen the service go down hill the last few times. This will be my last time going to this place.

It's overpriced. And they didn't dried my dog properly, saying that it was hard to do it, mostly because he was affraid. But tell me which pet is not affraid of blow dry after shower?

The only groomers to visit. They will give your pooch a consistent cut every time and leave your fog smelling fresh for weeks. Great staff and nice space.

Literally, it's a spa for dogs run by people who actually love dogs but more importantly are damn good at making your dog look and smell amazing! Highly, highly recommend this place!

I'd never taken Stella (my Pomeranian) to a groomer before, preferring to bathe her frequently and keep up with brushing/trimming/etc. myself. But this winter the matting around her collar got ahead of me a little and I decided she could use a spring cleaning. Fresh Paws could not have been a better choice! They were so friendly and let me show them photos of cuts I liked (and a few I hated) until I felt really confident that we were on the same page. I can't overstate this-- the demeanor of everyone on staff was just so sweet! They were so caring that I had no hesitation in leaving here there while they went to work. Two hours later I picked up my sweet baby girl, all fresh and beautiful! She looked so cute and you could tell that she knew it. Seriously, she looked perfect. It's a week later and I am still so happy with the results. Take your pooch here!

I absolutely love bringing my mastiff here because the steps up the to bath work for big dogs, and the bath itself is really spacious. They also have tear-free shampoo for your dog's face, and all sorts of brushes. The owner is a nice and professional guy. However, the hours are pretty inconvenient. Basically if you work a normal job, you can't bathe your dog during the week. And you better do it Saturday, because they're closed Sunday. But today I forgot so I have to wait a whole week. I've also showed up to a closed shop during open hours before.
