Ordered a cake for 4 doggies and party hats for my dog, Fiona’s 12th birthday. They delivered everything on time and cake was beautiful and hats great fun! Recommend HIGHLY.

Was a lil upset that they didn't have the pink cake for my daughter's dog. I even called to make sure in advance before making the trip there. Ended up getting a yellow one and a brown one for my pup. They liked though. ????????

My pup just turned one and I was looking where I could buy a small cake for him. He's like 8lbs so I didn't wanna buy a big cake since he probably won't be eating it all. Saw so good reviews so I went, and bought the cutest lil cake for him. It smells amazing and not full of crazy chemicals or byproducts. Totally recommend!!

Very disappointed with recent purchase. I got a birthday cake for my dog, it was way too tiny for price $25+$10(shipping)+plus tax. Never buying anything from here again.

I ordered delivery from here yesterday and could not be happier! I wanted to get my puppy a few specialty treats. I ordered a squirrel cookie, a peanut butter cup, and some chicken biscuits. Adorable and my pup LOVES them! They also sent a super cute reusable bag which I very much appreciated. Oh and they sent a few great samples. Can’t wait to order again!

I was excited coming to this place for the first time with my daughter for our Fur babys' birthday. Not until upon arrival a staff member or owner greeted me by cracking the door open and asking me what i needed. I could see that the store was empty and was confused because on the website it showed in-store shopping, also i didnt bring my dog with me. I proceeded to tell the guy specifically what i was looking for and needed, he then closed the door took my card and came out with my things. I understand that Covid has everyone on edge but he was very rude to ME. The reason i emphasized ME is because another customer came by afterwards and was let into the store with their dog. This person lacks customer service skills, I WILL NOT RETURN HERE EVER AGAIN.

I called this place to find out their hours. I was informed that they closed at 6pm. I arrived 20 minutes after 5 and when I arrived I rang the bell and was told that they were closed.

The online order and pick up has been key for us during the quarantine. Thanks!

Healthy food options for pets!

I love this place, it is in my weekly routine to come here every Saturday and stock up on treats for my dog. They have VE bully sticks, that is the only bully sticks my dog is interested in. I have found Canadian treats for my dog and Icelandic fish treats. They are amazing. I also love candles, all nice bandanas, choice of shampoo. I do feel so happy when I guess right with treats for my dog and he is very responsive with them on the walks, plus I can see how good his fur is and how healthy he is. I never brought anything from District Dog that he didn’t like (and he is picky and spoiled).

Great selection of healthy, natural pet foods and treats. Owners are incredibly patient and kind with an immense amount of knowledge and experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love this place. They carry a great variety of healthy and natural dog food and treats including birthday cakes in addition to clothing, toys, leashes, and other items. I buy cupcakes here for my dog's birthday as well as other treats (and birthday hats). I even got doggy beer for his 3rd ("21st") birthday. Prices are great for treats at this boutique and I always make an effort to stop by when I'm in the area (feel free to also bring your pup, there's a dog park right across the street)! Also join their membership points program when you purchase! Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Really cute store for dogs. They have lots of different food and treats. There's also some cool toys sometimes. It's owned by a very nice couple are very knowledgeable about animals.

I bought a cake for my dog's birthday & she and her doggy friend ate it all up! It was cute and small!

For my dog's Sweet 16, I wanted to get her a special cake. Over the weekend, I researched Brooklyn places that sold organic cakes & treats. They only offer the birthday cakes in one flavor & one size. It's made with peanut butter & carrot- two of my dog's favorite foods. In fact, she has fresh carrots with her dry food almost daily. I figured this would be a no-brainer. The Classic 4" cake will set you back about $25; according to the shopkeeper, this will feed about ten dogs. The Designer cake that's 'pre-customized' with a design of either a squirrel, monkey, or princess motif, will be pricier, ~$32. She huffed and puffed, blew out her candle, and made a fluffy wish(OK, maybe we blew it for her). I proceeded to slice up the cake into smaller pieces since she's an old grandma. The cake was moist and seemed fresh based on the texture. I plopped it down hoping that she'd feast like a beast. And.. she hates the cake. She doesn't like the scent nor taste. After some time, I plopped a piece of the yogurt layer into her mouth and she spit it out. Typically, this would have done the trick as she loves the yogurt parts of all the cakes/cupcakes I have purchased at other places. It has been several days now and she still refuses to touch it. NOT ONE BIT. Dropped the mic & walked away in true Diva fashion. Though most dogs may devour these cakes, yours could possibly be the one that doesn't like it. And the price is not considered cheap. I applaud them on their efforts to provide organic products, but if my dog won't touch it, it doesn't mean anything to me.

I have been visiting with the team at district for the last year, and they've helped me and my new dog adjust to city living at every stage of the process...glad their in the hood.
