Bond Vet - Williamsburg Brooklyn, New York

I took my dog to two locations of Bond Vet and had a great experience each time. They quickly got her records from her previous vet so we could move forward with treatment. The staff was so kind and patient with her. They also took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend taking your pet here!

Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Took the time to explain everything, and gave great care to my cat. So happy they are in my neighborhood in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Im happy to have found this place , they are clean, have covid19 safety in place ,organized , direct, no fillers and attentive . I came here for puppy vaccine - I arrived on time- was seen within minutes and the check in was practically hands free ( I did the check in online prior with email they sent me) . I liked how they showed me the pricing before they charged. I will come again p.s their staff is very welcoming

Made my first pet owner appointment super easy and stress free! Appointment went super quick and explained everything throughly for my kitten.

Second set of blood work and urine, $600, couldnt get prescription filled and was told that "I" should call other Bond places to find out if they could fill. Too expensive and bad customer service. I wont return.

Bad experience here. I’ve been to Cobble Hill location before and it was great, but this time in the Williamsburg location I can’t say I had a good time. First off they were trying to make us wait outside in the cold, when they have a fully equipped waiting room. My dog has very thin fur so she was FREEZING. We’re not picking up a bagel - it’s medical care - do better than having your clients wait outside. After that, the format of the visit was extremely odd. The dog was taken into a back room and the vet checked her without me watching, and then came outside to the lobby without my dog, to talk and see if I had questions. As I recall from past experience, you can sit with the vet and your dog simultaneously, in an examination room, and ask questions while they check on your concerns. This was just weird, inconsiderate, and honestly not worth it for such an expensive clinic. Conversation with Dr. felt rushed and was had in a crowded lobby with other dogs and owners. Not cool. I chose Bond because it felt premium to me, but this last experience was not premium at all. Please do better.

Rest assured anxious dog owners. Bond Vet is a fantastic place for you to go! They do not over book so dogs aren’t crossing paths often. For me this is huge since my dog does not interact on leash very well. They listen and address any concerns you may have. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the absolute best time at Bond Vet! I immediately felt like my cat was in the best hands and she wasn’t nervous like she usually is at the vet. They were also very transparent about their prices. I very very highly recommend Bond Vet!!!

Had a great first vet experience with my puppy at Bond Vet. My friends have gone to the Chelsea location and have always had a great experience so I decided to follow in their footsteps. Our Vet Exam was pretty quick and through. Vet Dr. Jaffe was super informative and helpful in leading me through the vaccines we should receive in time as well as giving recommendations based on what he learned of her. Thanks for the free treats and welcoming staff. The front desk employees were very attentive and kind! Veterinarian staff is very attentive through emails and have been super helpful since our visit! Thanks for the great service.

If you want to pay constant fees for your animal to never be seen, this is the vet for you. Any time I had to reschedule my appointment they charge you a significant fee of $25-$100, even if it’s more than 24 hours in advance. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment at 11:30 and was told I couldn’t be seen and would be charged a late fee of $25. They offered for me to come back at 5pm at the earliest, but i couldn’t make it. Instead of the late fee I was charged a $50 no show fee. I have paid nearly $200 to have my cat not seen and will never use this vet.

This place is really sad and disappointing. I brought my cat in because she was sick and choking on mucus. I explained this to the woman at the front dest and she just stared at me blankly, so I had to repeat myself. She proceeded to tell me that I can’t be seen (at a walk-in urgent care) because all appointments were booked and suggest I make a appoint for Saturday for my choking cat to be seen. Mind you in Wednesday today. I find this odd especially since there was no one in the waiting area, this place is dangerous and a hazard to your pets if a front desk receptionist recommends seeing a choking cat 3 days later.

Appreciate their transparency on pricing and services upfront. The vets were very friendly and patient. They were very thorough with his exam and gave my pet great attention. I didn’t feel rushed which I’ve felt at other vets. Great experience overall.

They are very upfront with you on pricing and give you the option of what you want to pay for. They don't do anything unless you ok it and I really appreciate that.The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend any pet owner to use their services.

Bond pet vet was an ameowzing experience for our cat Sandy, they were kind, fast and affordable. I would recommend them to everyone who loves their pet. Go fast while checks ups are still $15!!!

Really glad this place opened. Just took my cat in for a checkup and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything runs very smoothly, the app is great for booking and records management, and they were upfront about pricing before any of the tests were run.

We’ve been going to Bond bet at their other locations but now we are very happy to be able to walk to the newest one in Williamsburg. They are transparent about what is needed and the costs involved. Appointments are timely which is a huge plus and the staff and vets are all helpful.

This location just opened and I was pretty excited since its closer to me. The staff was wonderful. I asked the Doctor a ton of questions and learned a lot too. It’s a beautiful new location. 10/10 recommend.

So happy Bond opened in Williamsburg! My pup and I had a very nice, quick experience. I appreciate how warm yet efficient all the staff was and being upfront about the pricing was also very much appreciated :)

Like the option for walk in appointments, but there is zero flexibility for appointments so if you're a few minutes late you may have to wait 3-4 hours for the walk in vet instead. Nice staff and vets. Pretty pricey though

Bond Vet made this experience easy and enjoyable from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind. The doctor was so gentle, yet thorough, while also being clear and concise. He was up front and honest with his care recommendations, allowing you to feel at ease as well as taken care of. I would recommend this location enthusiastically to everyone.

New Bond vet in the Williamsburg neighborhood,, registered my 3 fur babies,, had my first visit today was completely pleased with everything,,, place is very clean and organized, appointments are on time,, and the staff is wonderful,, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The vet and all nurses were very welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. It was such a refreshing experience to have a vet tell you the truth and not feel “upsold” on things you potentially don’t need. I have a 14 year old dog and it felt like they took care and kindness with his age. Overall, best vet experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Not my usual vet, but had to make a last minute appointment for my dog since my usual vet was booked for the next week. Everything was super clean and the staff were great. Plus my dog loved all the free treats!

The waiting areas are beautiful and clean. They carry products for purchase from sought after brands like Wild One. My vet was Maria and I felt so comfortable with her. She explained diagnosis thoroughly but patiently and didn’t rush me at all through my questions. It made me feel like my senior pup was well taken care of and in good hands. Will be switching to Bond permanently.
