They're fine for really basic basic stuff like vaccinations. Other than than, seek elsewhere.

I was scheduled my first appointment for my dog today, I showed up and called. I was then told I was an hour late and they couldn't see my dog. I asked why they didn't call me if I didn't show up. She told me they don't call new patients to remind them of the time of the appointment. I informed her that that was a stupid policy they have it place. She was very nasty and not helpful at all. There is a younger lady who is a receptionist in the morning who is nicer. I plan on trying to make an appointment again with the younger receptionist only because I've heard great things about this vet. However, after he is done servicing my dog I will let him know how horrible his older receptionist customer service is and how dissatisfied I was on this date.

This week I lost my boy oDie , he was 15 1/2 years old an just wanted to say how greatfull I am to Dr Zinnanti an ther staff for allowing me to have him as long as I did , dr. Zinnanti ‘s advice an knowledge is priceless, my requests wer always listened & heard . An at times they probably thought I was annoying!! When I called an ask to be squeezed in they did they wer always gentle & careing with my boys , I will be forever thankful to them

Thumbs down to the unrealistic receptionist who was too busy to give me the time of day at Dr. Zinnanti's office in Bethpage today. She was rushing me off the phone. I said "I guess you guys aren't looking for new patients, huh?" And she said "yea, we're really busy" so I hung up. What terrible customer service. I told her I had a few questions and didn't mind holding, it didn't matter. Also learned that this may have even been the Dr.'s Wife....WOW.

Dr Z is a great vet. Compassionate and caring We've been going there 30 years.

He is the next best for our dogs, beside long island vet on 495 Plainview. Long island vet recommended page vet and it was the best choice of a doctor for our dogs

Dr. Zinnanti has been our vet for a number of years. An old school, honest and caring veterinarian. He was compassionate and caring when we had to help our cat cross over and was honest when our puppy broke his leg, he could have easily charged us , done xrays, etc however he examined our puppy and sent us to the animal hospital as he feared that he may need surgery (thankfully that wasn't the case).

Took great care of my cat. Was very understanding when she was sick. Very supportive when she had to be put to sleep for medical reasons and old age. Highly recommend for any families with "fur babies!"

I have been with Dr Z. For approximately 22 years. He and his staff are always compassionate, kind and a pleasure to deal with. He saved my Casey's life twice. I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Zinnanti was right. Years ago, I brought my cat here for symptoms that were misdiagnosed by another vet. Dr. Zinnanti took a look, knew what it probably was, and tests confirmed he was right. More recently, I brought him a different cat. Quickly, he knew what the likely diagnosis was, and again, tests proved him right. To me, that's the bottom line. The office isn't fancy, they don't go the extra mile to be super chummy, but he's a highly competent vet, and really affordable.

My family has been with Dr. Z. since 1990. I wouldn't trust my beloved dogs/family members to anyone else's care. Dr. Zinnanti is smart, realistic, authentic, compassionate, and, his great sense of humor is an added bonus. This is a true community veterinary clinic.

Wouldn't help an injured dog in need of care and the dog died of its injuries. Obviously this is not a caring office, I would not use their services.

Terrible place to go and the wife is so nasty. He once gave my dog enough medication for a 5 pound dog my dog was 70 pounds.

Dog was hit by a car right near his office and he refused to help. Just part of the reason my family and our many dogs have stopped using him many years ago. One or two disgruntled patients i can understand, but almost all feedback I’ve ever heard has been negative.

Horrible doctor , would not help out to save a poor dog that was hit by a car .this is not a true ethics about being a caring vet it's all about money apparently. ????????????????

Took such good care of our dog T-Bone and all our other animals and cats and even Strays I picked up wonderful veterinarian compassionate knowledgeable excellent staff comfortable clean environment haven't been for a while just came back again with my other cat took very good care of us we love. Dr. Zinnanti and his staff

This vet deserves no stars! I just called page veterinary to get appointment with the DR.I was told that he doesn't see Rottweilers. That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of. I'm a vet assistant for many years and an animal control officer. How could you as a vet disctiminant against a specific dog breed? Unheard of! Thanks anyway, I'll go to a real vet! There is plenty of vets that see all breeds. Punish the deed, not the breed.
