There is a tall guy with curly hair that works here, I wished I knew his name, he is very helpful and kind. He helps me to find exactly what I was looking for, which was bird food for wild birds. The store was well stocked, neat and clean, also the price seemed reasonable. Overall, I'll definitely shop here again.

I come here at least once a week, the owner is very genuine. Their staff is amazing shoutout to the kid with the curly hair he is always so helpful!

I've been coming here for a while and everyone here is very knowledgeable. They have top quality stuff and the owner, Sean, really knows his stuff, unlike some other big chain places. Prices are good for the quality products they have! If they don't have what you are looking for you can talk with Sean and he will try his best to get what you want. This is my go to place & def would recommend to anyone looking for top quality products for your fur baby.

My pup was having problems with her hips, tried everything online and on Amazon with minimal relief. Walked into this store and within 2 days the chews they provided got my pups irritating me like a puppy again!!! Staff kept checking in if I needed something, honestly I prefer the quiet so it was a little annoying. Their products are well stocked and always fresh. Quality over quantity type of joint... My new dog-everything shop. Free parking lot...!!! They do grooming but I've never tried it.

I shopped at this place a few months ago and the cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt or not. I usually say no but when I got home, the jacket I bought my dog did not fit. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to go back to until today but I also thought I had no time limit. Of course, the manager tells me they have a very strict return policy apparently. The type of jacket was still offered at the store and I even found the size I needed. I asked the manager if I can just do an even exchange and she still refused. It would be nice if they warned us about the return policy or simply just always give us the receipt so we are aware of the store policies. I refuse to shop here again. It was very unreasonable, especially since the jacket still had the tag and was in great condition.

Great selections and not bad pricing. The owner does a great job making recommendations and offers taste tests all the time. Our dogs love visiting the store in hopes of getting a little treat each time.
