Dr. Payton is the best vet I have ever met. He may be around animals all the time but he made me feel like my dog was the most important animal and his highest priority when my 3-year-old puppy was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor. He is compassionate and professional. My doggies are very lucky to be in his care. Besides Dr. Payton being amazing the front staff is so nice... you don't find that very often. They are kind, patient, and friendly. I can't say enough nice things about this office.

Dr Payton and Dr Todd are the best reproductive specialists in the Albany area. In addition, they are caring, friendly people who spend the time with their patients. I cannot be more happy with my experiences, their services offered or their staff.

They saved Bella's life. They were calm professional and explained in detail her condition and what led up to her being admitted. She's due back to have her sutures removed in a week. Human medicine does not have the time to sit and listen to the patient because there too busy clicking the boxes so they can get paid. Excellent work they do.

Absolutely love this place! I've been taking my dog Maggie here for 9 years and I've never had a bad experience. Thanks to the "new" Dr. Payton for making today's visit so easy for my girl ❤ I would HIGHLY recommend Harmony to anyone!

Best avian vet in the 518 area without a doubt. I've made the rounds and nobody compares to the quality and professional service here. Good avian vets are a rarity, so this point cannot be stressed enough. Facility is bright, modern and clean. Dr Kohler is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Dr. Todd is extremely kind and personable. She took the extra time to came out to the car to go over my dog's visit rather than calling on the phone. She made sure I had everything I needed to travel with my dog and made sure to let me know she would be available if anything else came up (even over the weekend). The entire staff seemed genuine and all the dogs I saw seemed very comfortable there.

Heads and tails above any other veterinary offering in the Capital District...paws down! They handled two difficult litters recently and literally saved one puppy from the brink of death...miracle works at reasonable rates! Thank you for going well beyond excellent care and support!

Have been using them for over 20 years. We just love them! They give our babies the best care. They return calls as soon as possible with test results and treat us like we are important to them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The most compassionate staff. Your pet is not just a number there.

My mom took my cat here that we’ve had for YEARS. There was obviously something wrong with her but I won’t get into the details. They told us she had a ear infection and kept treating her for that. After weeks of my poor cat not getting any better, we took her back and we told harmony that she’s not getting better. They didn’t look at her anymore to figure out what the problem was, and kept treating her for the ear infection. They told us they were certain that was the problem. Still our cat wasn’t getting any better and progressively got worse. I ended up taking her to a emergency vet up in Queensbury and they took X-rays and found out she had a big tumor near her eye and was eating away at everything. Our poor cat was suffering and was blind / deaf for months! At that point it was way too late and there was nothing else we could do. If harmony actually took any X-rays of my poor cat at all it wouldn’t have been too late. We would have gotten the tumor removed or whatever the case we would’ve done anything to keep our cat alive. We will never come to harmony ever again or recommend this place to anyone. If they would’ve took 1 X-ray when we first brought my poor cat in she would’ve still been alive to this day.

They were able to move things around and take my bird in same day for a non emergency visit, that was super nice of them! Prices were fair and staff seemed nice, not much interaction though due to covid restrictions in place (which were good!!). Definitely my new vet!

I have been going to Harmony since the late '80's with Dr. Wand! I have had 4 dogs who were given the very best care. My last dog had problems as a puppy that no one could have foreseen. Dr. Todd, Dr. Payton, and Dr. Kohler provided their utmost medical experience and kindness for Mollie. The Doctors and Staff at Harmony care for our furbabies as if they were their own.

Always friendly staff. They give excellent care. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Definetly recommend Harmony Vet clinic.
