If it wasn’t for this pet store I wouldn’t have my furever friend Thor. I walked in there just to look at puppies and they had a blue French bulldog that stood out from all the other cute French bulldogs. The staff were very nice and I was able to hold Thor in the little booth as long as I wanted there was no rush and I fell in love with him. They have so many adorable puppies and are well taken care of. This was the first pet store I went into and didn’t smell like a pet store it was very clean and managed very well. Thank you luxury puppies for my baby.

This should be illegal.???? Puppies are from puppy mills with deplorable conditions. Manager is unprofessional. Staff clearly do not care for animals and apparently can not see when they are ill. I visited once with a friend looking to buy a puppy and now everytime I pass it my heart breaks for those innocent puppies. Havent been in awhile but keep getting YouTube ads for this/LuxuryPuppues2u in Massapequa so I figured id write this review to warn others about this place. Hope no one gets tricked into paying $2,500+ for a dog that you get can from a respectable breeder at half the price , and that those poor babies can get rescued. ???? Edit* Also in case anyone didn't realize any "good" reviews of this place are fake. Please don't be fooled

Victoria was helping us find a dog and she was amazing. She explained everything and found puppies on our budget. She also let my kids play with the puppy. We love our new dog Luna!!

Just purchased my puppy yesterday. It took us two days to make a decision and Victoria was very patience through out the entire process. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend this store.

Great customer service , amazing quality dogs well kept

Purchased our puppy here yesterday! The process was fast and easy. The staff was very kind and they made sure we had everything we needed before we took our baby home. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend using them

Knocked off 2 stars due to being ripped off of $150 on "microchip" fee. Didn't know at the time, but its far cheaper at any vet and I still had to spend $45 to register the microchip online. Fee should have been included in the already very expensive price for the puppy. Other than that, they do breed beautiful pups!

The person on the phone was very rude, I ask for there hours and he cut me off and asked what puppy I’m looking for. I wasn’t sure so I asked him what he had available and he rudely directed me back to the website. And also my friend brought a puppy from here and it has been doing well since. I do not recommend this place at all if I could give 0 stars I would.

I LOVE MY NEW PUPPY. I have wanted one for so long so once i saw this site i new it was a match made in heaven. They found me the perfect puppy and delivered him right to my house. Without steping a foot outside my home i now have my dream puppy.

I waited a year before posting but i had an outstanding experience. My puppy akita is 100% happy and healthy. They provided me with papers of the original breeder. They also offer puppy care plan. On the bad side they lied and said theyd guve me a litter number for akc registraction only to be given a runaround. Make sure your paperwork is legit before you leave.

They sold me a Labrador retriever that was already sick, I don’t recommend this place at all and even tho they give 5 years of veterinary coverage the veterinary is also bad.

I was very indecisive when it came to whether or not I should go through with getting a dog & what dog I wanted. The team at Luxury Puppies was extremely knowledgeable about each dog and able to answer all of my many questions. Very happy with my decision to come to this pet store.

Bought a baby crested gecko and it died before I could make it back home a 5 min drive away from the shop and still didn’t get refunded even after the clerk did not put an sufficient amount of breathing holes for it to stay alive.

Every breed puppy you can ask for. "Pomeranians, so cute".

Very brief experience here, first the eyes on me the whole time I was looking for a puppy as if I was going to walk out with one in my shorts !..when I did find one I was interested in i extended my hand toward the puppy and then a very Loud and stern voice of a man say "DON'T TOUCH THE PUPPY'S " !!.. perhaps they have had bad experiences with people touching the puppy's But as for me a potential customer I was insulted and turned off by the whole experience.

Not that it mattered to me. The person/breeder listed on my puppies papers does not exist.

Sold me a pup Went to the vet the next day and was told my pup has distempered and will pass away I received the “Un-fit for sale” letter and handed it in to the shop. The owner told me it takes 7-10 business days to receive my money and it’s been 15 days I continued to follow up by calling the store in which the employees kept saying “I’ll let the manager know to give you a call” Long story short I’m most likely going to have to take them to small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE It is a dirty store

I'm in love with this place, and their puppies. The staff is nice and courteous, and our two puppies were and still are healthy bundles of joy.

The groomer did a horrible job on my poor dog. Unevenly cut and trimmed all over his body. Please do not bring your long haired dog/cat here.

The dog I got from there is the worst experience I ever had in my life. I don't know what puppy mill this company used to purchase the dog I bought from there but this has been the worst 12 months of my life. I have contacted the owner continuously and I've been given the shaft. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY A DOG from this place.

My family and i bought our wheaten terrier from here and we are very happy that we did. We told Will that we were looking for a wheaten and he called us the second one came in. We fell in love with the pup instantly. Very happy with our experience.

Got my 2 Yorkies Groomed there today . They look amazing , Smelt great and even came out with cute bandannas on.

Love it here . Got my 3 month old Husky there and I still stop in when I can to see the puppies they have. Best place I've been in!
