Disappointed they dont keep their word and seem to only want big money appointments I wont be back. Typical village attitude.

I wish I knew about four paws years ago. A friend recommended them because are puppy willow had a cough. I was able to get a appointment right away and they were very accommodating when I needed to change the time .Outstanding service staff very friendly and the doctor took his time to explain everything to me and my daughter not like other vet doctors I went to with are older dog. Very reasonable price.

Dr. Marlow is the most genuine and caring vet that I have ever met. He is honest, kind, and takes time with his patients. The rest of the staff is also amazing, you can really feel how much they all care.

Best vet is amazing with animals

We called Dr. Marlow's office when the vet we were going to found a problem with my dog's blood work but then had no sense of urgency when it came to addressing the problem. The receptionist Jackie was so nice when we called and made us an appointment for the next day. Dr. Marlow was so caring and thorough. He meticulously explained the blood work results and came up with a treatment plan. I highly recommend his office if you want a vet office with a professional and personal feel.

Mr. Coco loves everyone at the clinic and that’s all that matters. I had an awful experience trying to get the best treatment for him at another vet in Babylon. I decided to come here and never looked back since! He’s the healthiest he’s been in all his 13years. Thank you Dr. Marlow and staff!

I love this place and would recommend anyone who truly cares about their pets wellbeing to come here. Dr.Marlow is a great vet who truly cares about the animals he sees. I take comfort in knowing that my pets are in good care here not just because their ailments will be treated, but because they will be done so in the least stressful way possible which is super important.

Didn't help my cat uri, didn't deworm him, kept telling me I'm going to get sued if he dont get a rabies shot, never informed me how to care for his congestion, never recommended lysine, nothing, i had to Google care for a cat

I highly recommend Dr. Marlow and his staff to anyone who owns an animal. His expertise, care and compassion for both patient and family are noteworthy. Some of my dogs have been patients since they were pups. I have nothing but great things to say about Four Paws, a small, intimate animal hospital run by Dr. Marlow and his staff. I have been taking my cats to Dr. Marlow since he took over from my previous vet, Dr. Phelps. He and his staff provided wonderful care to my two senior cats. One lived to 16 before succumbing to cancer, and my other was just put down at over 19 years old. She had thyroid and kidney issues for years, and I know she lived a happy life despite these conditions due to the proper treatment and care given by Dr. Marlow and his staff. They are friendly, caring people who treat you and your animals with gentle compassion, especially when you need to make those difficult end of life decisions for your pets. As far as the office itself, it is immaculate and adorable-lots of cute little animal decor, and photos of ther patients, who are obviously important to them, displayed in the waiting room. It has a pleasant atmosphere, totally comfortable. I always enjoyed the friendly front desk staff who chat with and are interested in you. Now, vet care is expensive, especially as pets age. Dr. Marlow is completely in line with what other quality vets charge. I felt he always tried to explain treatments and tests to help me decide what to do, not talk me into anything just to make money (something I experienced with a vet or two in the past.) He also tried to combine treatments and tests during one visit to limit multiple returns and office visit costs. So, bottom line, I would highly recommend using this practice for your pet care. I'm glad I did. (This review is my own opinion, based on my experience. The decision is up to you.)

My dogs, have been under the care of Dr. Justin Marlow for over 5 years. The caring way he and his staff have dealt with my animals Jagger, Zendo and Teddy made me and my family feel like we were a part of their family. From walking in the door and meeting the caring receptionist Jackie, to the vet techs Barbara and Sharon, you can see why I give this Vets office 5 stars. My dog Jagger was born with a lot of problems and Dr. Marlow has cared for him since before he was a month old. His compassionate way of explaining what his problems were and how we could work together to fix it. To the day my Jagger took his last breath it was Dr. Marlow and his staff who made me feel that Jagger had also been a member of their family also. My senior dog Teddy that I adopted after Hurricane Sandy, who also came with his share of problems, Dr. Marlow and his staff were right there with us, Teddy lived to be 14, and now with my Doberman Zendo, Dr. Marlow is always there for any question big or small. I would recommend, and have recommended him to my family and friends.
