We brought our puppy here for her first visit. The staff was kind and friendly with the whole family, including kids. Fast, efficient, and affordable. Would definitely recommend this office.

My dog needed an extraction of a back tooth that had plaque had built up in from being chipped. I researched what this might cost on average and went in here and another place for a quote and was blown away by the fairness of the quote as well as the professionalism of the team here. Dr. Hand took the time to ask about my dog's allergies/disposition and gain my dogs trust with treats to have a look at his teeth personally and take him for a blood test to make sure he can handle anesthetics. The day of the surgery, I was notified before the operation took place , later that only one tooth would be extracted, and finally when to pick him up following his treatment. The price is extremely affordable. The Vet tech personally explained when my Dog's pain medicine and wet food feedings should be and Dr. Hand personally called to ensure my Dog has been doing well.

We started taking our pets there recently because it became difficult to us all to keep taking them to another vet and wait 4 hrs in the parking lot. At VCA our pets have received excellent care by professional staff, and the wait is minimal. Our decision to change was well thought out and we are extremely pleased. We highly recommend this vet clinic.

It’s amazing. I understand some had got service. Staff is amazing. But when you keep calling. To get a answer on our puppy. I don’t get a call back. I understand you have too many patients. As a corporate office. You’re job is to get patients in and out. And that’s the truth. And to a private office they will resolve the issue for you my puppy is extremely coughing all I want to know is this normal and I can try to ease it for her or what is it that we need to do I don’t get that straight answer at all and I really need to know the only thing they did was give her vaccine. I didn’t go there for her vaccine I went there for an emergency care and I went 3 times and it’s expensive their office visit it’s it is so at this time I am looking around like crazy to find a vet for my puppy who has not slept in a week and I have not slept either to try to ease her pain. All they care about is patient and patient out and that money money money! And don’t ask for me to email managers or wet they should be coming to me if they want to fix this not meet to them!

Had a great experience at this vet. Took my dog to be expressed and the vet and staff were really friendly. I love that they aren’t letting people inside. Lots of covid precautions in place. I’ll definitely be taking my pup back here for her vaccinations when they’re due.

Outstanding service and staff, state of art customer communication technology. Building closed to customers due to pandemic, business conducted curbside.

They provide good preventative and medical care but they are very expensive. They did not follow through on getting needed FAVN certificates for our dogs which required much legwork on our end to resolve. If you are planning international travel for your pets, do not use this vet, they are inexperienced and incompetent.

kind staff, however their services are incredibly expensive compared to other vets in town. lost two stars for not informing me the cost of the shave and skin wash treatment they gave to my dog before doing it. $60 to shave a spot and apply some cleansing shampoo i could have done myself. they entice you in with a free first office visit, then charge for simple procedures i haven't been charged for at other vets. their office visit fee is about 50% more than Smith, Gruda, or the humane society. I haven't been charged for a shave at other vets so they could see the wound.

I took my English Bulldog here for his first set of shots. They were very friendly and cautious with him from beginning to end. They were sure to make him feel comfortable and I’m overall very happy with the way they treated him. Dr.Armendariz was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I look forward to taking my pup there from now on.
