Casa Querencia Animal Health Center Roswell, New Mexico

Went as an emergency walk in when my local vets said they wouldn't see me. Staff was incredible and sweet. Took my concerns seriously and kept me informed about what was happening. Turns out my pup isn't quiet as young as I had been lead to believe and the vet came up with a good game plan to keep her comfortable and pain free. He went through all the pros/cons/costs of all my options. I highly recommend anyone who is local to check them out!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, he literally sat there on his phone while my kitten was fighting for her life and he was just more concerned about the money and as soon as we paid him he got us out of the door, by the time we made it a block away my kitten had passed I called him multiple times but he wouldn’t answer (his personal phone)

So far Lee has saved the lives of our daughter"s old barrel horse (35 yr old)., and our special heeler.

Great staff and great Vet!

Average rating due to limited interaction. They dont do walk-ins and my reviews are based on convenience to travelers and dog needs. Those require more than a "we are booked until next eternity". The phone call was very pleasant.

As we age and form loving relationships we don't want to think about saying goodbye to our beloved pets. Today I had to say goodbye to my Bandit cat he was with me for over 20 plus years. Dr.G made it barrable. The staff treated Bandit with honor and compassion. Thank you so much. Wonderful staff.

My sons pup wasn't eating and just didn't feel or look well. We're new to puppies and just to be safe they got Baxter in to be seen. Dr. G tested him for parvo (which he didn't have, thank God!) and treated him with something that made him feel better and when he got home, Baxter finally ate. Doc always makes this lil guy better, its incredible how quickly Baxter responds. Thank you Casa Q staff!

My male German Short Hair had severe diarrhea and had the shakes. I called and they got me in within 3 hours. Dr Gutierrez provided personal attention and ran a few tests -- only those necessary. They always recognize the cost to their clients and only do necessary tests after discussing them first. By the next afternoon my dog Reacher was back to normal and feeling great. The cost was minimal considering the tests and two pills he was given for the next 2 and 4 days. The staff was polite, professional and very helpful as usual.

For some of us, our fur babies are part of our family. I am so blessed to have found Casa Querencia to care for my baby Reggie. The staff always take great care of him and I take comfort in knowing I can trust in Dr. G. to provide quality and honest care. Thanks so much for taking such great care of Reggie!
