What a great place to bring your animals! Our dog is very nervous and a little hard to handle. We had to bring him in for and ear infection. They were all so wonderful with him! So much so, that the second time we brought him in he was so much more relaxed! The entire staff there is super friendly and knowledgeable, especially the Dr. They were able to get us in for an appointment within a couple of days and we weren't even an established patient! This will be it for us for all of our dogs needs from now on!

We've been bringing our dogs here since we moved to Rio Rancho from ABQ and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they truly love animals... The dogs love going to the vet (imagine that!) because they know they're going to see their friends again and that is something you just can't buy. Truly a place that cares about taking care of your furry best friends.

The vet we have been to in nm! The vet is cares and handles our furbabies with a kind heart! He is straight to the point and gets our dogs the help they need!

Mesa Grande is a painless visit. My dog was anxious and the vet was good with her. She didn't even realize she received her shots! We been coming for 3 years now. The employees are always friendly. Clean facility. Definitely worth coming here for my pet needs.

I called to get a price on a spay and neuter procedure couldn't even get anyone on the phone left a message and never received a call back they must not need the business if they won't even return messages let alone answer the phone at 7:30 8:30 9:30 and then 10:30 in the morning when I called. Highly recommended from a friend after letting her know I couldn't even get anyone on the phone she tried herself in the afternoon and still couldn't get anyone on the phone for me we ended up going to Smithville area hospital.

He took care of my animal and very professionally Do a good job for me

My dog had been real sick and her breathing was very erratic. It started on a weekend and there is only 1 24 emergency vet open right now and they had a 10 hour wait time. The next day I started calling vets and even though I told them she was having breathing problems they all said they couldn't get her in for at least a week. I called Mesa Grande and they were very concerned and fit her in the same day. The Dr was great, ran tests and found she had a massive allergic reaction to something and had anaphylaxis shock. He gave her a shot right away and enough pills for this session and some extras in case it happened again. The staff were all really great. So glad they cared enough to get her seen right away.

The Dr. And Technician were so kind! Doc took his time to thoroughly exam and ask about my pet, and treated her. She was very ill, and he is very experienced, he knew exactly what was going on, sent her home with 3 prescriptions, and within 48 hours she was doing amazing. The charges were reasonable, which was a huge relief as well! I am so grateful for the service, and the compassion. I have found my Veterinarian, and am so pleased.

Just an amazing experience at this clinic! Would recommend 10000 times over again! They got me in within 5 minutes to get my dog vaccinated after I waited over an hour at another clinic to not be helped! I am soooo very grateful to them! Both ladies were incredibly helpful, kind, and quick! Also very affordable!

Very unhappy with this vet. Rude employees who wouldn’t let me speak with the vet. The woman who answers the phone should be fired. Do not take your animals here if you live your pets. Because these people don’t give a damn about you or your pet. Please go somewhere else. This place is just awful!!

Great clinic the staff are friendly and professional. Doctor Hall found my dog was in heart failure and has prescribed medications that has improved his health.

Been taking my fur baby here for several years now with no issues. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and professional. They have always done what they can during the normal visits and when my fur baby has gone through some scare moments.

I've taken 2x of my cats here. Each time the staff does amazing work and thorough exams. And on one kitty who is feisty, the staff was able to handle her without one hiss - never happened before.

Great service. My dog was anxious. They put her at ease. She was ready to explore place after treatment, but time to leave.

STAY AWAY!! I should have known that this was a bad place since they were the only place in the metro area that had appointments. I brought my nursing dog in for a visit.I brought my nursing dog in to be treated for sarcoptic mange. I was given a shampoo that does not help and antibiotics. My dog should have been given a heart worm test so that they could provide a systemic ivermectin chew that is safe for nursing and pregnant dogs. I understand that I would have needed to pay for the heart worm test that could have been provided in the first visit. After $177, I still need to take my dog to another doctor because they refused to give the heart worm test. I had to do my own research to find what could help her. This vet lack knowledge. Lacks compassion. Lacks professionalism.

Receptionist was rude. I’m hard of hearing and she had a problem with having to repeat herself. Sad to know that this company allows their employers to treat people with hearing loss with lack of compassion and respect.

Never have to wait once you get there always in and out fast I love going there all very nice

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I've been taking my fur babies there since I moved to Rio Rancho back in 1983. Great service and the best care for our pets.

This Veterinarian's office hands down is the BEST! They fit my fur baby in with in 24 hours. She was a hot mess with allergies, ear infection and bummed hips. Dr. Hall and his staff handled my baby so well. Explained what was going on and preventative measures to take moving forward. I am in tears of happiness as my fur baby is smiling, running, playing with her sister and no more itching. Thank you with all my heart! The Platt Family
