She was so patient with my dog which he really needed & worked with all his mats to make him look so much better! Just a little pricey.

I’ve taken my 5 month old puppy to other groomers and no one had the patience to tend to his extra needs as he gets nervous around new people, I explained all of this to Jessica and she was very reassuring and helpful. I was nervous due to his past experiences although I received many positive updates from Jessica which included photos of my happy pup. Jessica as well as the other members of this business did a wonderful job on him and were sure to bond with him in order to make his experience as best at possible. I believe I had found my dogs new groomer and definitely recommend everyone to get there dog grooming needs done here!

Took my poodle to get groomed and he came back bald when I specifically told them I wanted him fluffy and they said they would not bald him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

This place did a horrible job with my dog. They did not clean his eyes, he had a big matte piece in his tail, they cut him completely uneven and missed several spots, and the customer service sucks! We will never take our dog back.

My Bosco seems to like going here just as much as he seems to like finding the mud right afterwards lol. His groomer always gets him in first thing in the morning so he’s not waiting around all day which I found other groomers don’t take that into consideration and we have never waited more than two days for an appointment, I appreciate that so so much! For as long as we’re in El Paso this is where we’re taking him! I’ve referred a few of my friends here too and they all loved it! Great service. I trust them with all 6 of our kids. My pets don't come home traumatized like other Groomer's in Northeast.

Just called and tried to book an appointment. They got super offended when I asked a reasonable question on if they have cameras. Their manager was super rude and didn’t even answer the question. That’s super sketchy. Be careful where you take your babies for a haircut. Definitely don’t go here.

They cut my dog's leg leaving a big injury. The hair cut was horrible short. My dog was very scared . I will never take my dod back to that irresponsible people.

Always very friendly. I have been going to this groomer in the northeast for years and have always had a great experience with them. My pips always come out smelling clean and also I get a surprise as the owners like putting different pattern bandanas on them. It is small but dropping off your pup wont take long. They do have them for some time of the day so dont expect a quick in and out but rest assure they will be in good hands and well taken care of. In the back they are all separated by cage kennels. They do take cash and card. Walk ins welcome

Miss Jessica was awesome. We had a bad experience at Petco we just wanted our Chinese Shar-Peis nails trimmed. I had explained two Petco that she had never been on a leash around her neck he yanked her and she bit him. I explained all this to Miss Jessica at Happy paws. She was amazing with our nine-month-old Shar pei. She listen to what we had to say about our dog. She came out and met Miss Mona and she was able to trim her nails with no problem. What Miss Jessica did not see was after she went inside her store Mona went running behind her she wanted to be her friend and stay with her for a little bit when we left Mona was crying for Jessica we will definitely be coming back Miss Jessica thank you for what you've done with our dog. ❤️

If I could give “Happy Paws” 0 stars I would. DO NOT take any of your animals here. This IS the worst groomers ever! I have had more then 1 bad experience at all of their locations. Happy Paws should NOT be in business.

Jessica came out to meet my princess, who is shy and nervous around strangers. She told us, she meets dogs that have arthritis, hip dysplasia, separation anxiety and older humans whom cannot unload or load up their doggies... she clipped my puppys nails and my puppy loved her

All of the groomers here are garbage and the owner is a liar.

It's getting expensive, I'm being a client for a few years and I think it's time for a change

Took my dog here for a Deshedding and it was $70 which was fine. The staff were nice. However my dog didn’t smell good and was still wet when I picked her up with tones of hair from multiple other dogs caked on her wet paws and she was still losing a lot of hair. Also the bandanna was cute but it’s was so tight on my dogs neck. Maybe this was just a one time thing for this place but I don’t think I would take my dog back.

Even though I see new ppl every time I go there they always do a great job and always take the dogs well being into consideration.
