Took in my sick kitten to get treatment as he was dehydrated and having trouble breathing, was told his condition wasn't life threatening and he couldnt be seen. I took him to 4 paws and they seen his condition and did what the could to help him, he past later that day only hours after taking him to this vca facility in the care of 4paws.

My dog had been really sick and VCA Wyoming was able to get him in the fastest. My dog had to have surgery and stayed over night, they send you pictures which made us very happy!! They were so awesome and so informative I would highly recommend!!

My dog, Raign, passed away in November 2020. VCA saw Raign 1 time. I had purchased the Care Plan. They continued to charge me for 9 more months till I threatened to take them to court. The advertisement says they are not profit motivated. What a joke!

My cat hurt her eye, and VCA Wyoming was able to squeeze her into their schedule the day after I called. They thoroughly examined her, explained what they saw with her eye and her overall health, and they asked for approval before performing anything with an extra charge. Dr. Grainger also followed up afterward to check on my cat and answer any questions that came up after the appointment. I appreciate all of the people who helped make this an easy vet experience!

Absolutely disappointed. I called almost every vet in this area to find an appointment asap for my kitten who developed kennel cough and had a bloody nose from the irritation. This vet had the soonest appointment available 3 days later and since they considered the kitten to be OK and not an emergency I went with it. I took off of work, put my kitten in a crate and drove over, in Terrible weather for them to tell me they set my appointment out an extra week. They say they have no idea what happened. I can say I wouldn't have set an appointment out an extra week when other vets would have seen my boy sooner. On top of this, my kitten voucher for a check up is now expired so these people have essentially wasted my time, had me drive my cat around for nothing and now I will pay for his check up when I could've used the adoption center voucher. So sorry I decided to try to find a new vet when I moved to this area.

I had to have one of my dogs euthanized. It was a really sad thing to have to do oh, but the kindness and compassion of Dr. Martin and the other staff there was above and beyond!

Love the care my service dog receives here! They're always happy to see him (as he LOVES to visit) and are always courteous with whatever reason I've brought him in for

Dr. Martin is phenomenal! She has worked with our adopted paraplegic dog that other vets wanted to put down. She is also helping to treat an f.i.p. cat! The disease is a death sentence for cats in the u.s.a. I just wish the office was closer to the east mountains as it is so far for me to drive to go there regularly.

I took my cat here because several people referred me to this place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, however, I was charged close to $300 for what would normally cost me under $150 at most veterinary clinics. A typical one year rabies vaccine for a cat is normally $15 to $20. They are charging closer to $40. The medication they prescribed for my cat is around $35 and I was charged close to $80. They are seriously ripping people off.

Dr Russma. Is the best, she makes sure she answers all your questions and calls back to check on your pet after the appt. She is skilled with exotics animals and makes efforts to make pets feel comfortable during their visit to the vet.

I have worked in the veterinary industry for almost 15 years and have recently taken a job in the field but out of the clinical setting. My puppy broke his tooth and needed to have it removed, I would usually just drive my pets to work with me but that is no longer an option as I don't work in a clinic. It is a little scary being a client now, especially during COVID when all care is curbside. I was immediately put at ease when I called to schedule an appointment. I cannot say enough good things about this VCA!! The front desk staff is courteous and kind, the technicians ask great questions, and Dr. Martin was one of the sweetest veterinarians I have ever spoken with. You can tell she is smiling on the other end of the phone and has amazing bedside manner. If you are looking for a veterinarian this is the place to be. They even sent my pup home with a new stuffed frog toy! Thank you all for being AMAZING!

Took awesome care of our pup and fit him in for an emergency, they even sent him home with a cute bow tie that we had to put on each of our other animals too.

Great veterinarians here. Started taking my dog Earl here because my last vet was unreliable. Now I can make an appointment on a weekend if want. Typical pricing but very friendly and willing to help.

These folks are the best. Yet again, Dr. Warrick has pulled one of my kitties from death's door to give me time to say goodbye. They are consistently kind, supportive and informative. I have been going to the clinic for ...10 years? They have always worked with me and been incredibly supportive. The support staff are just lovely people and do fantastic work. Dr. Martin, Dr. Grainger and Dr. Warrick always answer my questions, have multiple solutions to the problems I bring them, and are just great vets. As a 'crazy cat lady' with entirely too many cats, I am so glad that these folks are here!

Dr. Casey Martin saved our dog when two other vets would have killed her. I would not recommend anyone else.

Excellent group of people and Dr. Warrick is the best Veterinarian one could hope to have on your side. Staff continually helps to make sure the visit is right and the care plans give you the opportunity to tend to all your pets needs and emergencies quickly.

The vets here are great but the corporation extorts people. Everything is wildly expensive, and if your pet needs a major procedure you'll be compelled to purchase a year of "VCA Care Club" monthly payments because you can't afford the one-time cost. This gets you free vet visits, but generally they're booked for at least a week, so that you end up taking your pet somewhere else that is available immediately to get the medication or treatment your pet needs. This place is broken for the same reasons the entire healthcare system in the USA is broken. The VCA is a case study on the immorality of privatized healthcare.

We took our sick senior dog to be euthanized here due to our regular vet was closed due to Covid. The staff and Doctor we incredibly kind and sympathetic. We were not rushed to say goodbye to our girl. Thank you VCA for making our decision a little easier and helping our girl pass with ease.

Brought in my Pomeranian for not eating and being lethargic for a couple days. It was figured out pretty quick that he had a foreign object stuck in his esophagus. My little man is on the way to healing.
