Very professional and they took care of my dog right away in an emergency situation....they were very caring at the time I brought her in.

Our pet suddenly had multiple serious and dangerous life ending health problems. The doctor and staff were so great with informing us of everything to include diagnosis and prognosis. Unfortunately we did have to let our pet cross over the rainbow bridge. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you town and country for everything. The sympathy card was very sweet as well.

I have two dogs that have puppy care plan. One of my dogs are up to date with his shots. My poor female has not gotten all her shots. She is being refused her rabies shot. She had a appointment for shots and they left us sitting in the car over an hour. The other people park and called their dogs were serviced. My doggie cannot sit that long in the car. She is very small and I am afraid for her to get dehydrated. She cannot be in car that long. The heat and car rides make her vomit. I should send VCA bill for detailing my car again. I finally left because I had to be in Santa Fe for other appointment. Why make an appointment if you cannot make it on time. They called me at 10:30 am to get her medical information for my dog. Her appointment was at 9:40 am . I arrived at 9:15 am to get her check in. The service is very poor.

My dog almost died due to one of the vaccines given. We never got an answer on what vaccines were actually given. We received run around answers as if something was given by mistake. Maybe they were, maybe they weren’t, but no one was able to tell me which ones were given when asked. Then we tried the membership service for our puppy. On a future appointment I asked to give our dog shots if it was still covered under the puppy membership. I was told it was still, only to find out I was auto renewed into the adult plan before the visit. I argued their staff were the ones that gave me bad information on something I specifically asked. I was told I would not be refunded as it was “clearly” noted in the pages long fine print. Lastly, when I called and asked to have records sent to my new vet I was given the run around multiple times about that too. My new vet never received the records.

This place is absolutely amazing!! After being turned away from all 3 emergency vets in the area, they got my kitten in the same day. They are so nice and professional. I would 100% recommend VCA Town and Country to anyone looking. I will now and forever take both my kitties here!

I wish I could shout it from the rooftops this is absolutely the best Veterinary Clinic you will find. The doctors and staff are amazing they truly truly care about my precious cat all of the animals are treated with love and respect. Doctor Rayell Dr Delenoy dr. Herrera are absolutely the best you truly will not find doctors who are truly invested in your pets. Natasha Ariel and Gabi always always go above and beyond to reassure me when I call they are truly incredible young women the entire staff is the same they have continued to work throughout the pandemic for that alone they deserve the best. They are my heroes I highly highly highly recommend VCA Town & Country

Wow. I’ve been to 4 or 5 vets around town but this place topped them all by far. Super professional and sweet people! Got me coffee and my son water. Treated my dog so nicely and even gave her a scarf. I’ll likely take my cat here now too. So glad I found this vet.

Best darn vet clinic I've been to in 40 yrs. My dog had a hematoma on his left ear, looked like a sopapilla. Dr. DeHerrera, her staff to include Brittany, Vincent and the rest of the staff were the best. Very professional. My dog, who is a pit bull by the way, wasn't very cooperative, but we got him in and did the surgery with no issues. Highly recommend VCA on Fourth Street in Albuquerque. I've already scheduled another appointment ????????????

Call to find out how much it would be to spayed both of my cats and it ended up being over $1,000 each. They said you had to do all kinds of pre-panel workups and the Spade itself was $500 and then you needed a $90 vet visit and a whole bunch of other things so it'd be $2,000 for two cats that's the most expensive place that I've called. I'm about good care but there's also a point where you get ripped off and that's as a rip off

Great experience especially during covid. Scheduling shots for my cat was easy and quick.

Had an appointment at 430pm. They came to get my dog till after 5 and that was after I called to find out what was going on. After they had my dog it was really good from there they answered all my questions.

Money makers. I do not recommend.

They are very nice. Much cheaper to get Rx on the internet however. Their price $7/pill. On line $2.90. I would buy from their pharmacy, but I am on disability and can't afford it. Dr. "Holly" is GREAT!

The staff and doctor here were really helpful and nice. I was able to bring my dog here as a walk-in and they were able to work him in after about an hour of waiting. The doctor was really receptive to what I had to say and that meant a lot. I would highly recommend this office.

They did the best to save my puppies life, but lil girl did not make it. Very compassionate.

I was a client of VCA Town and Country for 7 years and recently the service and professionalism of the company has gone down hill. My dog in my opinion was misdiagnose which turned into eye surgery by another vet. Also if you board your dogs there be careful because they let the dogs out in the hot weather on concrete with no supervision and the dogs paws where burning up.

The entire staff seem committed and professional; they clearly love animals and generate a sincere warmth. Dr. Hopkins is perhaps the best Vet I've ever worked with: knowledgeable, articulate and sensitive to the needs of both client and patient.

I had a very unpleasant expirince with Dr DeHerrera. My dog had ingested an object that was blocking her intestine. The doctor was very insistant that the surgery had to be done right away. She was preassuring me to give her my approval within 30 mins so she could schedule everything. She also wanted everything to be done as an emergency which is more expensive. I dont think she has any regard for peoples' times nor budgets etc. I left the place very frustrated and upset with my dog. I ended up taking my dog for surgery to a diferent clinic for a more affordable price and more undestanding customer treament. I would stay away from this place.
